IMPEACHMENT DELIVERY

The People of New Mexico Impeach Governor Susana Martinez,

for High Crimes, Corruption and Malfeasance
Understanding and upholding that all political power is vested in and derived from the people and is
instituted solely for their good, as ratified by the Constitution of the State of New Mexico:
The people of New Mexico hereby issue notice that Susana Martinez, Governor of New Mexico, is
impeached for high crimes, corruption and malfeasance, that articles of impeachment shall be delivered
to the New Mexico House of Representatives, and that the Governors impeachment can only prevented
by the Governors immediate resignation.
The people serve notice to the Governor that in her conduct while Governor of New Mexico, Susana
Martinez, in violation of her constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of Governor of New
Mexico and, to the best of her ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and laws of New
Mexico, and in violation of her constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully and equally
executed, has willfully corrupted and manipulated the lawful proceedings of New Mexico, impeding the
fair and equal administration of justice.
She has willfully engaged in corrupt practices and has supported and failed to eliminate or rectify rampant
corruption undertaken by her close advisors and members of her administration, which has led to
whistleblower lawsuits and a situation of ongoing investigation into these corrupt practices by the United
States federal government.
She has willfully served special interests and pursued partisan political agendas in contradiction to the
wealth, well-being and safety of the people of New Mexico, violating the principle of popular sovereignty
enshrined in the state constitution, whereby all political power is vested in and derived from the people
and is instituted solely for their good.
She has willfully served special interests and pursued partisan political agendas doing substantial damage
to the water, air, land and natural resources of the people of New Mexico upon which their health and
survival depends, violating the principle that all political power is vested in and derived from the people
and is instituted solely for their good.

In all of this, Susana Martinez has undermined the integrity of her office, has brought disrepute
on the Governorship, has betrayed her trust as Governor and has acted in a manner subversive
of the rule of law and justice, to the manifest injury of the people of New Mexico.
Wherefore, Susana Martinez, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and removal from office.
