This Portion starts with the words; Go in unto Pharaoh; for I

have hardened his heart and the heart of his servants, that I might
show these signs before him. Go (bo) is first used in Scripture in
Gen 2:19 where YHVH formed every creature out of the ground
and brought them (bo) to Adam so that he could name them. We
will see one of the plagues that will come out of the ground
and be presented to man (Adam) to see what he will call it. The
word call means to appoint, call out and to proclaim. These
things that will come out of the earth will have an effect on man and
YHVH wanted to see if man will call out to Him, proclaim Him as God and
saviour when confronted with this plague. The intent of the plagues are to
break the stubborn hearts of man and to confront them so that they can repent
and proclaim Him as the one and only true God.

8) Locusts: Moses stretched out his rod over the

land of Egypt, and YHVH brought an East wind
upon the land. When it was morning, the East wind
brought the locusts. East is first found in Scripture
in Gen 41:6 where the thin ears blasted in with the
East wind and devoured the fat ears. This was the
dream that Joseph interpreted describing the
Time of Famine or the Tribulation. Just like the
thin ears blasted in from the East so will the locusts blast in from the East.
Revelation describes the Locusts coming from the Bottomless Pit that was
opened by the star that fell from heaven.
East represents the place of origin and the heavens is the place where
YHVH abides. This plague came from the place of origin (East) just like the
star that fell from the place where everything originates (heavens) and fell
to the earth. The star had a key to open the Bottomless Pit from where he
released the locusts as judgement upon the earth.
Rev 9:1-3 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from
heaven unto the earth; and to him was given the key to the bottomless
pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit, and there arose a smoke out of
the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were
darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. 3 And there came out of the
smoke locusts upon the earth; and unto them was given power, as the
scorpions of the earth have power.

Q Who is the star, what is the bottomless pit and what do these locusts
represent?
There is mention in Revelation of stars that will be
cast down on earth, as well as mention of the
Dragon, the Devil that will be cast to the earth. This
is found in Revelation 12 where a 1/3 of the angels
will be cast upon the earth with Satan.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out
that serpent of old called the Devil and Satan,
who deceives the whole world. He was cast out
onto the earth, and his angels were cast out with
him.
This means that the star that fell from heaven was the Dragon, Satan. He was
removed form the presence of YHVH and cast onto the earth with his angels to
become part of the judgements upon man during the time of Tribulation. He was
given the key to unlock the bottomless pit to release wicked fallen angels that
were bound until the day of judgement. These fallen angels had the appearance
of locusts as described in Rev 9:4-12.
Rev 9:4-12 4 And it was commanded to them that
they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither
any green thing, neither any tree, but only those
men who have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
5 And to them it was given that they should not kill
them, but that they should be tormented five
months; and their torment was as the torment of a
scorpion when he strike a man. 6 And in those days
shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall
desire to die, and death shall flee from them. 7 And
the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses
prepared for battle; and on their heads were, as it
were, crowns like gold, and their faces were as the
faces of men. 8 And they had hair as the hair of
women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
9 And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their
wings was as the sound of chariots with many horses running to battle.
10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stingers in their
tails; and their power was to hurt men five months. 11 And they had a king
over them, the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew
tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue his name is Apollyon. 12 One
woe is past; and behold, there come two more woes hereafter.
According to the Book of Enoch, there is a Prophecy that describes Nephilim or
Fallen Angels that are bound in the earth, under the mountains. The prophecy
states that they will be released 70 generations after the Noahs Flood.
Scientists estimate the event of the Flood to have happened approximately 2900
BC. If you count 70 generations from there, you come to the year 2009 making
this a possible date from which we can expect this to happen. (the calculations
can be out by couple of years).

Can this be the Alien deception that

Hollywood is brainwashing us with? The
Alien Agenda has been promoted through
SiFi movies to make us familiar with
supernatural beings and depict them as
Aliens, not fallen Angels as the prophecy
suggests. What is also interesting is the
story line of each of these Alien movies
depicts Aliens as a super intelligent
superior beings that has come to destroy
the Earth because of mans evil and destruction of the earth. They allow
humans to work with them in exchange for their salvation and if they
succeed, then the Earth will be spared. This is the Alien Agenda and is
promoted by the Papacy as well, where the Vatican stated that we have to
rethink our salvation, because Aliens are a higher form of life that is closer
to God and they can act as mediators between man and God.
This makes the Alien Agenda deception very dangerous in the last days,
because as soon as the Fallen Angels (Locusts) appear, people would have
been conditioned by Hollywood to worship and obey these beings as a
superior race called Aliens. They will do anything to help them in exchange
for their salvation. Does this sound like an Anti-Messiah (in the place of
Messiah) agenda?
The locusts had a king over them with the name Apollyon.
This comes form the Hebrew Abaddon that means
Destroyer and is linked in several passages to Seol or the
Realm of the Dead. The Greek name Apollyon is related to
the Greek god Apollo, who was the son of Zeus. He was the
god of music, and he is often depicted playing a golden lyre.
He was also known as the Archer, far shooting with a silver
bow; the god of healing, giving the science of medicine to
man; the god of light; and the god of truth. One of Apollo's
most important daily tasks was to harness his four-horse
chariot, in order to move the Sun across the sky. The
picture of the Anti-Messiah is that of a man clothed in white riding on a white
horse with a bow in his hand. These attributes sounds very similar to the
attributes of the Real Messiah; the one on the white horse with a sword, the
One that heals, the Word that is the Truth and the Son of YHVH.
9) Darkness: Exo 10:22 - Moses stretched forth
his hand toward heaven, and there was a thick
darkness in all the land of Egypt for three days.
This darkness was not only perceived with the
eyes, but could be felt. How can darkness be
felt? This word for darkness is found in Gen 1:2
were it describes the time before creation
where the earth was void and without form.
Then the Spirit of YHVH moved over the face of
the deep. It is like Creation in reverse where
the second verse of Creation connects with the second last plague upon
Egypt.

We get more information from Rev 8:12. This is where the fourth angel
sounded and a third part of the sun, a third part of the moon and a third part
of the stars were smitten, so that a third part of them were darkened;
causing a third part of the day and the night not to shine. We see similarities
between Egypt and the Last day judgements where the whole of Egypt were
darkened except the land of Goshen similar to Revelation where only a 1/3
part of light were affected.
There is another reference to the darkness that will come upon the Earth and
that is found in Rev 16:10 where the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the
seat of the beast, then his kingdom was filled with darkness and they
gnawed their tongues from pain. The recreation or restoration of YHVHs
creation involves pain similar to a birth process as described in Matt 24,
talking about birth pains.
What is interesting is that the sun, moon and stars are also found in the
Creation story and it is as if YHVH is busy restoring back His Creation
through these plagues on the earth. What confirms this is what we saw last
week, is that the 7th Plague is connected to the 7th Angel sounding his
trumpet. Then we count down form the 6th to the 5th Angels that sounded
to allow the plague of the locusts. Now we see the 5th Angel pouring out his
vial and the 4th Angel sounding his trumpet, releasing the darkness. It is as if
YHVH reversed the sequence from the 7th Plague, counting down to the
last Plague, making the 7th plague the last and the 10th plague the 1st. The
10th plague is then the 1st step towards His Restoration of Creation process.
10) Death of Firstborn: The whole of chapter 12
explains the detail of the Passover that will be
observed as a memorial by the children of Israel
from that day on, throughout their generations
forever. As stated earlier, this is a reverse mirror
image of the events leading from the 10th Plague,
back to the 7th Plague, which is the climax of all the
Plagues. This concept is confirmed by the 7th day,
which is the climax of Creation, the time to enter
into His Rest.
In Hebrew the number 10 and 1 are seen as the same making the 10th Plague
the 1st sign and wonder or step that you have to take in order to be part of
the restoration of creation that is happening in the last days as prophetically
revealed in the Plagues of the Exodus. You have to take the First Step in
order to meet Yshua as your Saviour before He reveals Himself at the 7th
Plague /Trumpet. Those who miss this 1st step will then meet Him as their
Judge. This 1st step has to do with the 3 Festivals that are interlinked with
each other; Unleavened Bread, Passover and First Fruits. These were the
three Festivals that revealed the Messiah as the Saviour to the Jews. The
Book of Revelation starts with this phrase The Revelation of Yshua the
Messiah and contains a lot of sigs and wonders, judgements and plagues. In
the same way we see Yshua revealed in the Book of Exodus, where Yshua
is revealed as the Messiah through signs, wonders, judgements and plagues.
The 10th plague reveals Him as the Messiah, the Saviour and Passover Lamb
and the Book of Revelation reveals Him as Messiah, the Judge and King.

Those who kept everything that is written in this Book (Exodus), were blessed
and received Salvation. Rev 1:3 sates the same; Blessed is he that reads,
and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which
are written therein; for the time is at hand. Remember it is only the 7th Plague
that is called a Plague, the rest are called signs and wonders, similar to signs
and wonders Yshua did at His First Coming, so that unbelievers can see and
believe. In the same way the signs and wonders in Revelation are not for
believers, but for unbelievers so that they can see and believe that Yshua is
the Messiah; Saviour, Judge and King.
The Sign of the Passover Lamb that is
preceded by the time of cleansing (repenting)
called Unleavened Bread. This is where all the
leaven had to be taken out of the house before
partaking in the Passover Lamb. It is a time of
introspection where you have to search for
leaven (sin) and repent it before YHVH. This
will prepare you for the coming of Messiah,
where your houses, families and lives will be
cleansed from all worldly Egyptian ways and
your garment will be without spot or wrinkle.
Unleavened bread is a 7 day Feast where you have to cleanse your home
prior to the 7 days and not eat leaven during these 7 days. Leaven
represents sin and taking sin out of your life is symbolised by thin bread or
Matzah, that is the opposite of the Fat Bread of King Agag the king of the
flesh and the one influenced by the false Holy Spirit called Puach. (see last
weeks Portion for detail on this).
After sacrificing the Lamb, they had to apply the blood on the doorpost of
their houses so that Death could Pass them Over. The blood is for YHVH
to see as a sign on the house (your life) and the Lamb is for those inside the
house so that they can eat and have strength for the journey ahead.
Another important thing to understand is that Messiah is both the Blood
(Lamb) and the Bread (Word). Some only want to know Him as the Lamb in
order to paint their doorposts to make them safe from death but they never
want to eat the Lamb (Word) making them weak, bound in Egypt. There
might have been people who applied the blood but never left. You are not
fully saved if you have not left Egypt and you cannot leave Egypt if you
havent eaten the lamb (Word).

The Lamb and the Gospel

The Blood takes you from death to life, but the
Lamb takes you from slavery to freedom. The
purpose of the Lamb was to give them strength
because they had a long way to travel and the
Passover Meal was to give them the strength to
leave Egypt and travel to the Mountain.
Unfortunately only one half of this truth is taught to
believers today where they accept the message of
the Blood but not the message of the Passover Lamb, the message that set

you free from slavery, the message of the Mountain. The only way to set
captives free is by giving them the Truth and the Truth can only be found at
the Mountain and the only way to reach the Mountain is to leave Egypt.
You have to feed upon His Word, the Body and essence of Who He is, in
order to be set free from slavery, sin and death.
The Lamb had to be prepared well; roasted over fire, not eaten raw, not
boiled. The Lamb represents the Gospel Message of Messiah; it needs to be
presented in such a way that it can be well received by people. It should
never be raw, a basic message, which is unprepared and not well presented
with a lack of understanding of the foundational truth. It should not be boiled,
soaked in water and watered down so that the essence of the message is
lost and only revolves about love and grace without repentance. It should be
roasted in fire. Fire represents purification. This message is a message that
will change you and purify you as through fire.
The Lamb has to be eaten in its entirety, not just the head, not just the legs or
the parts you like. In the same way you need to receive the whole message,
not just the parts you like for example salvation, grace, prosperity and
healing. This is a message that is well balanced in the truth with all the
aspects of Repentance, Salvation and Purification that will lead to a life of
Holiness and Relationship with the Father.

Applying the Blood on the Door

They used a bundle of hyssop as a paintbrush to
apply the blood of the Lamb to the doorpost made up
of the lintel, that is the top horizontal part and two
sides are called Mezzuzot or doorposts. The blood
was applied to all three parts on the outside while
they went inside and celebrated the Passover with
their families. The way the blood is applied make up
three different Hebrew letters; Chet, Hey and Tav:
1.

- Chet Means life Number 8 that means new beginnings. The

Passover Feast is about starting a new life with YHVH where He gives
you another chance and a new beginning.

2.

- Hey Means Light, Revelation and is the sound of Breath that means
Ruach or Spirit of YHVH. Number 5 that means Grace. YHVH bestowed
His grace upon us through the Lamb that died in our place as well as
giving us His Spirit that reveals His Truth to us.

3.

-Tav Means cross Number 400 means work of the

Messiah. The Tav represents the death of Messiah and
through His redemptive work, we do not have to die.

The door consists of 3 parts and if you take away any of the three,
the door will collapse. The two doorposts and lintel gives us a
picture of what Faith looks like. This picture is found in Exodus 17
where Israel fought against Amalek and Aaron and Hur had to hold
up the hands of Moses; when Moses arms were elevated, Israel
won, when his arms got tired and he lowered them, Amalek won.

This picture of Moses holding up his staff with the support is similar to the lintel
held up by the two doorposts. Through faith you uphold the staff (truth) in order
to overcome the flesh (Amalek Sin & Bondage).
The Doorposts and lintel are covered with the Blood of the Lamb, who is the
Truth and the Door that leads the way to the Father. Faith is the word amunah
that comes form the root word aman that means Truth. The purpose of Truth
and Faith is to overcome the flesh that leads to bondage and sin (Egypt). All
these concepts are related and interweaved and symbolised by the Door, the
Doorpost and the Blood, all leading and pointing to the Father.
The three letters formed by the blood on the doorpost,
Chet Tav Hey, spell the word chatah, that means,
heap up and snatch away. This word is found 4 times
in Scripture and the first time is in Proverbs 25:21-22.
If your enemy is thirsty, give him something to
drink and he shall heap (chatah) coals on his head. We are all familiar with
this passage where Paul teaches in Rom 12:20 on the body that needs to be a
living sacrifice as well as to do good to others, even if they do bad things to us.
The context of this passage in Proverbs contains the two elements seen in the
7th plague, namely water (to drink) and fire (coals their head). The purpose of
the 7th plague is to reveal the Messiah to us as we have seen in last weeks
Torah Portion where the 7th Plague is connected to the 7th Trumpet and the
appearing of Messiah as the Saviour, snatching away (gather) His people.
This is the Gospel message where Yshua, the Lamb of YHVH, did good to
those who wronged Him; He died for those who persecuted and killed Him. The
very act of putting Him to death became their means to attain salvation. The
fire they presented, released the waters of salvation, bringing the water and
fire together, just like at the 7th Plague, when Messiah was revealed. This is not
only the revelation of salvation, but the revelation of judgement as well, with hot
colas (hail and fire) raining down on the heads of those who rejected His Blood
as the Lamb of YHVH.
Personal Application: We apply the blood on our door by the act of doing good
to those who persecute us, doing the same things Messiah has done when they
persecuted and killed Him, becoming the Lamb of Salvation. Their evil act of
persecution can be used to save them through the way you respond. You will
allow your blood (persecution) to be spilled for the sake of their salvation by
not defending yourself in order to release the water or the Word while hot
coals of fire rages in them.

Do this in Remembrance
Exo 12:14 And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and you shall
keep it a feast to YHVH throughout your generations; you shall keep it a
feast by an ordinance forever.
Luke 22:19 And when He had taken some bread and given thanks, He
broke it and gave it to them, saying, "This is My body which is given for
you; do this in remembrance of Me.
1 Cor 11:24 And when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "This is
My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.

We see three verses that refer to the same event in time; the Feast of Passover.
Some might be of different opinion but everything that is mentioned in the NT
has already been established in the Torah and the Prophets.
It is like building a house where you have to lay the
foundation first before you can put on the roof. The
Roof provides the covering but the covering cannot
be held up unless it is supported and grounded on the
foundation. If this there is no foundation, the house is
build on sand and when the storms come (tribulation),
then the house will collapse due to a lack of
foundation (Torah).
We find the foundation of the Last Supper or The Lords Supper or
Communion in Exo 12 where YHVH told Moses to keep this Feast as a
memorial throughout their generations forever. Memorial is the word zikrown
that means reminder or remembrance. To remember does not mean to think
on it, it means TO DO IT!
When the Commandment was given regarding
the Passover, they were commanded to
remember something; do this Feast with the
past events in mind so that you can know what
YHVH has done to set you free form death and
slavery. This means that they had to
remember the whole story, starting form the
calling of Moses, right through to the death of
the firstborn as well as the event of leaving
Egypt and their journey to Mt Sinai. This is the
story of The Exodus, the foundation of the Passover that should be
remembered and taught to your children. Yes, there is a Lamb and Yshua shed
His blood to save us, but you have to know the whole story in order to
understand the totality of Messiahs redemption act and what it means in its
totality, not just the Blood.
When Yshua and Paul facilitated the Passover Seder with their Disciples, they
both referred to this verse in Exodus, stating that it is a memorial and should be
done in remembrance, with Him being the centre, the Lamb that was slain.
Yshua and Paul had the table set up with all the symbolism, explaining the
meaning of every symbol as well as its prophetic significance. Most of this is
missing within the sacrament of Communion, except for the bread (Feast of
unleavened bread) and the Wine (Blood of Passover Lamb).
Q What do we remember when we only drink the cup and eat the bread?
The majority of Believers today do not remember all the
aspects of the Passover and only focus on the cup with the
wine, symbolising the Blood on the Cross that paid for our
sins and the bread, (normal leavened fat bread),
remembering His body that was broken so that we can be
healed. This is done often, even daily and do not follow the
exact pattern YHVH gave to Israel when they left Egypt. Its
like a sports page version underlining only the highlights or
prophetic meaning.

YHVHs Passover Feast is similar to the Hebrew Language that consists of

individual letters, each with a picture and a meaning that contains so much
revelation. You will only find the fullness of the revelation of this Feast if you
celebrate and partake in it the way it is supposed to be remembered. We do not
do it out of obligation but for revelation.
If you celebrate Passover in a Western Culture way, then you will loose about
80% of the meaning and thus not fulfilling the commandment of remembering
it unto Him. He wants us to remember and know what He has done.
Q Is it practical to celebrate the Passover every day?
The Last Supper is the Passover rehearsal dinner and the
idea of Communion is taken only from Yshua and Pauls short
description of this Feast. If Paul used more verses to describe
the Passover Seder then we probably would have a more
detailed Communion sacrament. Remember everything in
the Word has a foundation and if you want the detail or
foundation of a NT truth, you have to go back to where it is
first found, read the whole story and its context and then you
bring it in the light of what you are busy studying. This is one
of the Hebrew study techniques that colour in the detail
between the lines of the NT outline. Pictures just look better
in full colour. Communion is only a B&W outline of the multicoloured Passover Festival.
It is not practical to celebrate the Passover Seder every day and the Lords
supper is only a few verses describing the Passover Seder making Communion
man made through human interpretation. Yshua fulfilled the Passover by
becoming the Lamb, He did not fulfil His Word by taking away the
Commandment regarding the Passover Feast. He died as the Lamb not the
Eraser. The Passover Feast is one of the more complex Feasts to celebrate
and takes the longest time to celebrate because of all the symbolism that needs
to be explained, as well as the fact that it is connected to two other Feasts;
Unleavened Bread and First Fruits. This makes it impractical to celebrate it
often; daily or monthly, but rather keep it on the appointed time as YHVH
commanded so that it can be done properly.
Appointed time is first found in Gen 1:14 where YHVH laid the foundation
regarding His Calendar and timing of His Appointments with man.
Gen 1:14 And Elohim said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the
heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and for
seasons , and for days and years;
Season if the word mo-ed that means appointed time or festival, meaning
that the Appointed times, the time YHVH made an appointment with humanity.
These Appointed times are governed and timed by the heavenly lights that were
created on day 4. Passover is celebrated on the 14th of the 1st Month (Nissan)
and Nissan starts the Biblical New year, making Passover the first Feast on
His Calendar. Celebrating Passover (Communion) daily ignores YHVHs
Calendar as well as His other Appointed Times, making it according to mans
interpretation instead of YHVHs Word and Calendar.

10

I
If you do not keep this Feast on its Appointed Time, then all the other Feasts will
not be remembered as well, stripping so much insight and revelation from
YHVHs Word. People tend to forget that the Festivals of Unleavened Bread,
Passover and First fruits revealed Messiah to the Jewish people and that is
where our faith originates. This is the one reason why it is not good to follow a
Sacrament instead of a Commandment, you will loose so much. Always
remember, the one you obey is the one you worship. Test everything you do if it
is form YHVH or it is from man, because your might end up doing the traditions
of man instead of worshipping YHVH.
Q How do you diffuse or disarm a bomb?
Very carefully, following exact instructions.
Q - Is it wise to change the exact instructions that will ensure your salvation, so
that it will not blow up in your face?
