Job Description

Ensuring incidents are handled in accordance with Relacom SLAs and

incident management processes.

Providing technical support to the Service Delivery/Provisioning teams in turning up and troubleshooting
services as per customer requirements.

Participating in projects that have relevance to the Network Operations to ensure project deadlines are met.

Coordinate with FO, NOC, Inventory, Procurement, third party, interconnects and Sales to deliver the circuits
according to the project plan until its completion with immediate escalation to the respective stakeholders in
case of any issue.

authority.

Prepare daily project plans and reports
