RATIONALE FOR THE DATA REQUIREMENT AND REVIEW

Clause 0.3.1 General. It is stated that ISO promotes understanding and managing interrelated
processes as a system contributes to the organizations effectiveness and efficiency in achieving its
intended results. In addition, in a) under 0.3.1 states that understanding and consistency in meeting
requirements.
Clause 4.1 Understanding the organization and its context. The organization shall determine
external and internal issues that are relevant to its purpose and its strategic directions
Clause 4.2 Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties.
Determine the interested parties relevant to the QMS; and
Determine the requirements of these interested parties that are relevant to the QMS.
