1. Baker, Mona. "The Middle East Conflict: Zionist Quotes." MonaBaker. Resources for
Translation Studies Scholars, Feb. 2001. Web. 10 Jan. 2016.
<http://monabaker.com/quotes.htm>.The section mostly focused on quotes said
by Israeli Prime Ministers and their opinions on Palestine and their views for why
they believe in the Israeli side. Mona Baker is a professor of translation studies at
the University of Manchester, UK and has done extensive research on the topic of
the Israeli-Palestine conflict. I used this to compare the views of Israel to the
views of Palestine on why they believe they have claim on the land.
2. "Britain in Palestine." The Majalla. N.p., 5 Nov. 2012. Web. 17 Dec. 2015.
<http://www.majalla.com/eng/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/ full78036620x412.jpg>. This image depicts British soldiers marching into Palestine, laying
claim on it despite their agreement to let Palestine sovereign it on their own. I
used this in the conclusion section as a reminder to them starting the chaos.
3. Hertz, Eli E. "Mandate for Palestine -The Legal Aspects of Jewish Rights." Myths and
Facts. Myths and Facts, 1 Feb. 2001. Web. 11 Dec. 2015.
stine.htm>. The information was generally based around the mandate and the
opposition of Palestinians to the plans that were made by Britain. Eli E. Hertz is
the president of the Myths and Facts organization and is also a member of the
America Israel Public Affairs Committee. I used the quotes to explain how the
Israelis viewed the Palestinian opposition and the thoughts that the British
government had as for not terminating the mandate.
4. Mendoza, Terry. "6 Days War: Crucial Quotes." Six Day War. Sixdaywar, 2007. Web. 17
18 Nov. 2012. Web. 05 Jan. 2015. <http://anticapitalists.org/2012/11/18/theunequal-war-between-israel-and-palestine/>. This image is a propaganda meant to
depict Israel as the stronger and more aggressive nation. I used this image for the
propaganda image gallery.
5. "History of Israel." Stand for Israel. International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, 7
Feb. 2013. Web. 12 Nov. 2015.
<http://www.ifcj.org/site/PageNavigator/sfi_about_history_british>. This website
explained the basic constructs and conflicts that surrounded the Mandate and the
problems that each side had with the other. I used this so add to the knowledge of
the conflict and the effects of Britains role within the conflict.
6. Image shows Israel and Palestine both bombing each other until both sides are dead.
Digital image. Global Ghana. Global Ghana News Critical Thinking &
Analysis, Aug. 2014. Web. 5 Jan. 2016. <http://www.globalghana.net/israelpalestine-cycle-vicious-hypocrisy/>. This image is meant to show how both sides
will end up killing themselves if they keep fighting so relentlessly. I put this in my
propaganda gallery.
7. IsraelPalestine For Critical Thinkers: #8 The British Mandate.. Video file, 5:58.
YouTube. Posted by ForCriticalThinkers, March 16, 2015.
<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n3bxj1uvDXU>. This video shows the
perspectives of the two sides with divisions of land and power between the Arabs
and Zionists. The user ForCriticalThinkers makes many videos explaining the
conflict between Israel and Palestine while trying to remain as unbiased as
possible. I used his video for the section of my website that explains the views of
both Palestine and Israel.
8. Lazar, Hadara. "Palestine: How Bad, & Good, Was British Rule?" The New York
Review of Books. Atlas & Co., 7 Feb. 2013. Web. 12 Nov. 2015.
