1 Documents: (one original and one in soft copy saved in USB for reference
1) Quotation using our form of Bill of Quantity without amending any content unless
PT. POSCO E&C INDONESIA mention other special instruction in the form.

Procedures for bidding

a. Sub-contractors representative is invited to attend bid opening; the representative
must present Recommendation letter to PIC before attending the Bid Opening.
b. All bidding price shall be opened at the Bid Opening Meeting but only the lowest
price of the Priority Bidder shall be announced.

c. Cartels (and related anti-competitive conduct) are prohibited in during the bidding
process. Bidder who takes cartel action shall be prohibited to attend any bidding of
POSCO E&C.
d. After the bidding result is announced, Priority Bidder who has request to increase
their price or cancel the bidding result shall be applied a suitable penalty according
to POSCO E&Cregulation (Example: Prohibiting from attending any bidding of POSCO
E&C, etc.)
e. Selection Standard
- Quotation must be made base on our Bill of Quantity Form
- The lowest price bidder shall become the Priority Bidder in case the lowest price is
equal or lower than expected price or reasonably higher than the Expected Price
- The Expected Price is sealed in envelopes before the Bid Opening Meeting and shall
be randomly selected by one of attended bidder. This Expected Price shall not be
announced in any case
- The Successful Bidder will be decided after checking specification which the lowest
price meets our required specification or not/
- After checking Quotation, Method of construction and capacity of the Priority Bidder,
we may cancel Priority Bidder if we decide that he is not appropriate for this work.

be applied a suitable penalty according to POSCO E&C regulation.

Kindly arrange to attend on time and right place. Subcontractor who comes late

shall not have permission to join the Bid Opening Meeting or submit quotation.
