1. The Name of the company is: OCTAGON GLOBAL SYNERGY LTD
2. The Registered office of the company is situated in Nigeria.
3. The objects for which the company is established are:
a) To carry on the business of solar energy saving solutions, designing,
procuring, supplying, installing and maintaining renewable energy
systems, including solar electric, thermal and refrigerating systems, wind
and hydro power plants, and related safety equipment, and accessories. In
addition, perform renewable energy consulting services and provide an
array of products and services for the energy industry.
b) To acquire land, building, real estate and the sale of property of any
description (including easements and other proprietary rights) and to hold,
improve, alter, develop, let or otherwise dispose of same, and to deal in
and act as managers, dealer and renovators of residential and industrial
properties. To acquire layout, develop, hold and manage residential estate,
trading estate, ranches and farming estate; and to deal and dispose of the
same in any desire manner.
c) To carry on the business of establishment of studios with requisite
production equipment for the purpose of industrial production of films,
tapes, CDs, VCDs, DVDs, CD boxes, plastics and associated printed
materials
d) To carry on the business of general contracts, supplies, trading, marketing,
sales and distribution of general goods be they manufactured by the
company or not, to act as commission agents, manufacturers
representatives, importers and exporters, to buy, sell, manufacture and
deal in general merchandise and all articles, substances, products,
systems and appliances that will enable it realize its set objectives.
e) To engage in the business of establishment of libraries and research
centres and private reading arenas of all specifications and/or
ramifications.
f) To carry on the business of indoor and outdoor catering services, to run
restaurants and eateries of all sorts, to make office and home food
deliveries and to engage in food craft and artistry of all sort and at all
levels and degrees.

g) To engage of the business of event management and organizations,

planning, modeling, designing and arrangements, to host and co-host
events of all sorts whether it be outdoor or indoor, to engage in the
purchase, sales, rentals, distributions and acquisitions of any and all
materials useful and necessary in achieving best results in event or any
event management.
h) To carry on the business of construction and provide construction and
building service of every description, including erection, improvement,
repair, alteration, maintenance and demolition of construction works.
i) To tender for, negotiate, enter into, take up, take over, let out, grant and
otherwise deal in construction contracts of all description, including design
contracts, construction management contracts, joint venture contract and
construction subcontracts.
j) To engage in the business of information and communication technology
(ICT) as related to computer service discipline in all its branches and
ramifications i.e. networking, web solutions, hosting, publishing,
marketing, education software development, systems manufacturing or
and assembling, website development and internet service provider (ISP),
IT solution provider and computer business services etc. but not restricted
only to wireless and fixed wired.
k) To carry on business of sale and purchase of machineries and commodities
of all kinds and description either by buying, selling, letting or hiring to
other companies, firms or persons and or do all or any of such acts,
transactions and things in connection with or for any of these purpose on
such terms and in such manner as may be desirable or expedient.
l) To carry on the business of exploration, supply and marketing of oil and
gas, pure petroleum, crude oil, bitumen, industrial chemicals,
petrochemicals, fertilizer of all kinds and other agricultural oil products, to
erect natural gas plants, crude oil refinery and mechanical automobile
lubricating oil plants.
m) To undertake any business of manufacturing of industrial nature, either
alone or in association with some other person(s), companies or firm, and
to prepare, package and preserve for sale manufactured goods of all
kinds.
n) To carry on all or any business of transport (excluding air), carriage and
haulage contractors, and charterers of motors vehicles.
o) To carry on business as tourisms agents, to supply any person or persons
with ideas, strategy, plans, advice, information and all assistance required
to enhance tourist interest in any place or thing and to facilitate tourist
travel. To carry on any or all of the businesses of carriers, shippers, freight
forwarders, licensed customs agent, warehouseman and their general
agents.
p) To borrow or raise money in such manner as the company shall deem fit.
q) To do all such other things as may be considered to be incidental or
conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
