Thesis Statement: Business Process Management is a very effective organized system to use in
times of crisis in order to ensure that the processes are efficient and effective, which is known to
have an outcome of a better cost-efficient and practical organization.
INTRODUCTION
Many companys look for ways to enhance their business and Business Process Management
is the systematic method or approach to use. BPM is a general application which can monitor
acquiring systems for lost items, and it can walk employee through particular steps in order to
find and repair problems as to why a specific order didnt arrive or didnt arrive in a timely
manner. It also happens to be the first technology that develops progressing associations between
IT and business consumers working together to construct programs on a computer that
adequately joins people, process and information. I found this to be very interesting, so as an act
kindness I would like to share what I actually learned from my research on the subject of
Business Process Management, in hope that you would want to know more to expand your
knowledge or even implemented into a business of yours!
In today's society, Business Process Management is primary used to manage, monitor and
enhance business processes, in addition to identifying and documenting important core business
processes, which can control and manage both computerized and non-computerized core
business processes, all in order to reach uniformed, already thought-out outcomes in line with a
businesses planned ideas and specific goals. The business process part happens to be a set of
activities necessary to complete/achieve what is called the common goal, which activities could
be actually carried out by either individuals or systems, and are basically finished after either in
sequence or concurrently. To be honest its better to think of business process as another way
which work can be carried out.

Business Process Management contributes to an organization the capability to actually


describe, carry out, manage and clearly defined processes that:
