suction and discharge header drain line has to

be provided with proper arrangement.
As per ABE, it will take ten days for completion
of drain line arrangement including purchase of
valves. FOTT requested to arrange small
connection at joint side for temporary & FOTT
will provide Hot work permit for the same.

Drip Tray Gap has to be filled with plates @

Berth-08,09 & MM2 PLR side.
The following MOV issues has to be sorted out
a. PLR-36 Butterfly valve at MM1
b. PLR-52 Butterfly valve at Berth-08
As per ABE, they will arrange valve vendor to
rectify the above valves by coming weeks.
ABE requested to drain DL-35 & 36 Header at
MM1 to change DBB Valve instead of Ball valve.
Ball valve will use for MM2 draining
arrangements. FOTT will arrange for the same
All PLR doors were leaking during cargo
operation. FOTT insist to check all PLR Doors,
Kicker valve and Top MOV by using air/Nitrogen
supply. ABE will check one by one & FOTT will
provide one Maintenance persons for leak
checking & free of operation of PLR's.
FOTT has following concern raised by HSE dept.
a. Grating has to be properly clamped/secured.
b. Chain Block system which is not secured.
ABE will attend above items.
FOTT requested to provide platform for easy
access of valves.
a. PLR Vent valve access platform at Berths.
b. Air eliminator access at MM2 North end
c. Stripping discharge going to Dock line at
MM2.
As per Engg, Air eliminator steps is included
scrupper line project & rest of the platform will
be attend by ABE

FOTT is requested to make ready for line

displacement header at MM2 & raised the
concern about pressure gauge/Temp
gauge/Sounding points which is required at LD
Header.
Engg informed FOTT to make the list of
requirement & forward to Engg for approval.
FOTT requested to install light fittings of slop pit
at berth 8 & 9. As per ABE, they will complete
ASAP.
FOTT is raised the concern about cleaning of
strainer at MM2 Pump pit area due to space
concerns.
Engg will provide one fresh water line at near
Pump drain pit for cleaning of strainer.
FOTT raised Pig indicator issues which is struck
pigs while pigging toward vessel.
As per Engg, they will discuss & Come back the
solutions.
FOTT requested to provide draining
arrangement at Berth 8 & 9 which is listed in
punch list items.
As per ABE, they required Hot work permissions
and free of cargo operation. FOTT will plan and
inform ABE once Berth available.
FOTT is requested to check the setting of
pressure regular valve which is not able to
increase pressure while pigging at MM2 and
berths. Engg team will study the calculations
and come back.
FOTT informed Engg to check the possibility of
air connection for welden pump at MM2.
FOTT- HSE informed Engg/ABE to provide access
platform for gantry crane at MM-1 existing &
MM2.
ABE informed that the work is in progress.
FOTT is requested to attend the punch points
items of Safe access between White stripping
pump and wall side.
As per ABE, they will re-arrange the pipe routing
and provide chequer plate for safe access.
Cathodic protection works completed by ABE &
the punch points are closed.
FOTT is requested to provide Barricades for
QRH's ( breast line) which is located at near
road side.
Engg/ABE will attend.
FOTT is requested to check the oil trench pit at

berths & cargo is not moving to slop pit due to

slop angle.
ABE will check and come back.
FOTT is informed to check all drain trench side
mesh which is not fixed properly.
ABE will check and come back
FOTT is requested ABE, to check all Pressure
transmitter and goose neck which is to be reoriented for operation view and platform
direction.
ABE will attend once free of cargo operation.
