Hired to establish data management / quality function and address pressing issues: DQ issue backlog (400
items), Internal Audit issues, reduces risk, and simultaneously train and build three teams. Started as VicePresident and promoted to SVP.

Executed strong data quality processes to assess, measure, identify data quality trends reducing 400
issue backlog and remediated over 100 issues
Implemented Data Quality (DQ) and Profiling technology including business requirement documents,
work flows to promote earlier detection of DQ issues minimizing regulatory impact and avoiding costs
Organized effort with key stakeholders, and senior leadership on data governance issues, findings,
action-oriented resolution to avoid increased costs and regulatory scrutiny
