also includes six months of intensive training at the Anton Mossiman Exclusive Dining Club in Belgrave Square ,

This dedicated chef can also boast of several culinary stints such as at the Grand Sapporo Hotel in Japan, the Hotel
Imperial in Vienna, Austria, the Culinary Institute of America,Greystone Nappa Valley,California and the Hotel Melia
Scott in Singapore.

This belief that Zubir so clearly holds dear is


evident in the dozens of honours and culinary
awards that he has won. His achievements
include being awarded the prestigious Gold
Medal 1st Malaysian Inter-Chef 1992, Gold Medal
Food & Hotel Asia, Singapore 2004, Gold Medal
at the National Category, 10th Penang
International Salon Gastronomique 2005, Gold
Medal at MLA Australian Black Box Culinary
Competition (Malaysian Chapter) for two
consecutive years 2005/2007. Hong Kong
