Introduction
Sapphire AutoTech was established as Saphire Filtration in the year
of 2003 by Sushil Khanna as a sister concern of Neelam steels
corporation in the year 2003, for the purpose of manufacturing sheet
metal filter parts. With his more than three decades of experience in
sheet metal industry he brought the company to a respectable start.
Within five years the annual turnover rose by a staggering 100%.
Backed by strong financial backbone and respect from clients Saphire
Filtration continued to grow at the same pace. In the Year 2014 along
with the expansion of our unit to a 10,000 Sq ft area in terms of
infrastructure and additional facilities we changed our name from
Saphire Filtration to Sapphire AutoTech to enhance our portfolio to a
broader sheet metal sector.

Sapphire AutoTech is an ISO 9001:2008 certified organisation listed

as the renowned manufacturer and supplier of a comprehensive
assortment of Sheet Metal Components & Filter End Caps. The
products are fabricated using the premium grade raw material and
advanced technology in compliance with the set international
industry standards.

We have established a sophisticated infrastructural unit which is

spread over a wide area and is well-equipped with all the latest
machines and tools. Our infrastructure facility is segregated into
manufacturing, quality testing, R & D and sales & marketing unit.
Entire units are armed with all the requisite machines assist us to
build up a wide product range within the stipulated time frame.
Moreover, with the help of our manufacturing unit, we are able to
offering excellent range of products in customized options as per our
clients variegated needs.

In addition to this, we have recruited a highly knowledgeable and

skilled team of professionals in our well-established organization,
who possess rich industrial experience in their own field. Besides,

Sapphire AutoTech had a significant engineering leap with addition

of Mayank Khanna Mechanical Engineer (Msc) from Kings college
London and Jitaksh Khanna Automotive Engineer(Bsc) from
Sheffield(U.K).

Under the proficient guidance of our mentor, Mr. Mayank Khanna,

we have been able to meet the precise demands of clients in the
most efficient manner. His rich industry understanding and sharp
business insight helped us become a renowned name in the industry.

We have a fully equipped shop floor with a variety of
Mechanical/Hydraulic presses to take care of wide diversity of sheet
metal works.

Tooling Design
We have the most updated CAD system like SolidWorks Professional
2015 and Pro E incorporated to help us design the tooling in-house
greatly reducing the development timing also increasing the
reliability by using the PDM tools for document management.

perforated retainers, strainers, auto parts, etc.
