I really worry as a professional in this industry even at 70 years of age every time the various Federal,
State, County, Municipal Government entities PLUS private Corporations or other entities CLOSE DOWN
BUILDINGS for weeks without realizing the Cold and Hot Water lines plus everything attached to same
become contaminated with super colonies of bacteria which can dislodge, stop on faucet aerators or
shower heads THEN KILL !

Humans do not think of the super bacteria forming on faucet aerators and shower heads let alone the
need to decontaminate or disinfect same with known proven liquids or sprays. Everyone can realize
how offensive fecal matter in a toilet may be so they get a SPRAY CAN to take away or mask the odor,
wipe the bowl or clean the bowl but never wonder about what is living and growing in the toilet bowl
tanks then flushed so the white porcelain surface is really dirty and smelly. PEOPLE assume
Government sold WATER IS SAFE, COMPLETELY FILTERED, ALL PESTICIDES REMOVED...etc.

As a former Realtor my thoughts go to FEMA TRAILERS, Campers, Ships, Aircraft, Cruise Lines,
Hospitals, Jails, Prisons and even day care facilities where homes with Cold and Hot Water lines are
stagnant like fire lines for perhaps ONE FULL YEAR. When building the home the County mandates a
bacteria test with high level of Chlorine is completed....but then the system is never checked again
EVER ! FEMA Trailers sit idle in a yard with water tanks and lines containing bacteria growths and
building up on aerators and shower heads until given in an emergency for families to occupy WITHOUT
ONE BACTERIA TEST ! Same for rental campers, retreat buildings, scout camps, military training
facilities and various Federal, State, County, Municipal items and facilities activated on emergency
conditions ONLY with no consideration for high bacteria counts in those water lines, on shower heads
or faucet aerators.

Federal Rules mandate specific FLOW modifications on shower heads or faucet aerators with some
firms making MILLIONS producing same which might have been installed back in 1976 and never
cleaned nor changed with no checks via PETRI DISH BACTERIA CULTURE even in ALL MEDIA buildings
or the homes of everyone who reads the morning paper. Why would anyone NOT question the safety of
water lines or water fountains let alone shower heads and aerators on kitchen faucets or washroom
faucets in our schools K-UNIVERSITY ? Especially when they close down for weeks with no chlorine
water being run through them ?

Imagine those people using WELLS CONTAMINATED AND UN-NOTICED UNTIL PEOPLE START DYING
IN A SPECIFIC AREA THEN THE COUNTY TAKES SAMPLES FINDING WHAT WAS KILLING THE PEOPLE
AND DISCONTINUES USE GIVING THE RESIDENTS WHO SURVIVED BOTTLED WATER UNTIL THE
COUNTY CAN PUT EXTENSIONS ON CHLORINATED WATER ! Why the LAB for the County is not
taking samples from WELL AREAS is a mystery even to me. When finding BLACK SLIMY LIQUID inside
backflow assemblies we report the area and residents as taking in BAD WELL WATER plus tell our
customers to switch to GALLON JUGS OF DISTILLED WATER IMMEDIATELY. Later we find some firm
has sold a pressure CHLORINATOR which may mask the problem as only a LAB can truly find out the
cause in a well field area.

STATE LAB used to charge $7.00 FOR CHECKING THE WATER IN WELLS FOR E-COLI BUT THEN SOME
AREAS WERE SHOWN TO HAVE SUPER DANGEROUS ITEMS INSIDE THE WELLS AND THOSE WELLS
WERE SEALED FOR HUMAN USE NEAR SPECIFIC CONTAMINATING BUILDINGS OR ENTITIES !

Multiply the faucet aerator problem WORLDWIDE to all Hotels, Motels, Cruise Lines, Commercial and
Military Aircraft, Military Bases-Ships-Submarines, Homes and Buildings on all bases WORLDWIDE,
private and commercial properties, Schools, Hospitals, Jails, Prisons.....THEN TELL ME HOW MANY
WILL DIE ? Shands Cancer Center had one die recently from Legionnaires Disease traced directly to the
FAUCET as did perhaps a person renting a room in a hotel in Miami. As a decorated American Veteran
we worry even going to the local VA HOSPITAL in Tampa because working 8.5 years for the
Hillsborough County Hospital Authority showed us clearly NO ONE DECONTAMINATES OR
DISENFECTS WHEELCHAIRS, TABLES, CHAIRS, HOSPITAL BEDS, SHOWERS, LAVATORIES and the
"ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS" is a joke when faucet aerators contaminate the hands washing
off the special soaps which kill 99.99999999999 percent of all bacteria. A GENIUS SURGEON DR.
MASON TRUPP TAUGHT ME IN THE 70'S THAT FAUCET AERATORS AND RINSE SINK HEADS HAVE TO
BE REMOVED BECAUSE THEY PUT BACK WORSE BACTERIA ON THE HANDS OF SURGEONS OR
PATIENTS ! Decedent Dr. Mason Trupp has the patent no doubt on the "G" force suit worn by Military
and Civilian pilots PLUS patents with his son on SIZZOR WING AIRCRAFT !

The CLUE normally that there is a problem would be children or adults returning to a previously closed
facility or building then immediate absences or stomach upset, watery stools and necessity to go home,
take meds and stay away due to fever, shakes or WORSE ! Check with the medical professionals and
CDC on the signs. Rubber components in Faucets, Commode Tanks, Shower valves and especially
BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLIES should normally last at least 5 years for RUBBER components
and some 20 YEARS for a simple backflow assembly made of BRASS ! One or two years in service with
massive leaking is caused by WATER PROVIDED WITH MISTAKES IN CHLORINE OR CHLORAMINE
WHICH HAVE TO BE CHECKED IN THE FIELD BY TESTING. Especially where anomalies are noticed by
Certified Testers or Certified Repair Contractors who are specialists trained by UF/TREEO !

Ask to sleep in the White House....Lincoln Bedroom or perhaps ask to sleep at Camp David....they do not
remove the aerators there either nor do they perhaps RUN CHLORINATED WATER EVERY DAY IN
THOSE SPECIAL GUEST BEDROOMS ! Feel safer now when traveling ? Ruth DeLaMater Bundy,
UF/TREEO Tester 03-10-1050 and Repair R-057, the first female to go through UF/TREEO Repair Class,
found reclaim water feeding domestic water lines at Waters and Hanley Road treatment plant. We
reported same immediately to Chief Plumbing Inspector Carl Conte plus Cross Connection Control
Supervisor Robert Dicecco who both came to the facility. My firm was there on an ANNUAL BACKFLOW
ASSEMBLY TEST where we found the 3 inch RP was leaking water backwards into the potable water
system.

A Female Supervisor or Director over ALL TREATMENT PLANTS stated "WE ARE EXEMPT FROM ANY
STATE TESTING LET ALONE COUNTY TESTING!" when I had the form issued by the County mandating
annual testing in my possession. I was ORDERED OFF of the facility and being an Ex-Deputy for HCSO
and former TIA and TPD Police Officer I knew any green and white unit could come, hear the lady
supervisor, issue a TRESPASS WARNING and I would have to leave with a record of same. Thankfully
my firm has not been called to ANY COUNTY FACILITY OR BUILDING TO DO TESTING SINCE THAT
DATE ! The lady was informed I would have MEDIA on the Hanley Road site tomorrow morning and
removed the CAUSE OF THE SMELLY AND BAD WATER GIVEN TO RESIDENTS IN THE AREA ON THE
MAIN ! Never did see it as an incident as it was NOT REPORTED nor was the dumping of sewer sludge
in violation of EPA RULES over the embankment from a 1.5 inch plastic pipe and ball valve making a
BROWN V down the side into the slime covered river of water. COUNTY CAN VIOLATE ANYTHING !

I have properly reported Code Enforcement Officer Robert Dicecco for no less than FOUR FELONIES
with no action taken by anyone to cause his arrest and proceed for conviction in a trial for same. The
individual STILL drives a County Vehicle, Still has a County Issue ID and Clothing, STILL CAN ISSUE
CODE VIOLATION NOTICES and not one County Commissioner NOR County Attorney seems interested
in this UTTERING OF FORGED HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY ORDINANCE APPENDIX B which costs
Contractors in this County THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS NEEDLESSLY SINCE 04-2006 THROUGH TODAY
and involves all INSPECTORS for the City of Tampa given FORGED DOCUMENTS "So they will all be on
the same page!" Misfeasance, Malfeasance, Aiding, Abetting, Conspiracy, Principal ALL COULD BE
CHARGES available to the Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee for NOT REPORTING THIS FELON

Emergency REVIEW FOLKS ! CANDICE HUNDLEY PLEASE SHARE WITH LEGISLATIVE

DELEGATION AS THIS IS DANGEROUS !

Here are some photos taken down on 41 from Apollo Beach then right into Southshore Falls. Go
through guard shack and when you hit the end of that road turn to the right some 100 yards or so
down the road on the LEFT is a 6 inch assembly where the Black Rubber which is considered EPDM
[ethylene propylene diene Monomer (M-class) rubber] " Ethelene Propylene
Diene Monomer " which is supposed to stand up to normal water like in San Francisco Bay areas.

Called to the ENGINEERS AND TECH SUPPORT STAFF at Wilkins Zurn only to find out that the
severe deterioration shown by the first Check rubber removal today which made same look like a
MUSHROOM ALL THE WAY AROUND as the swelling and small particle splitting did not allow
seating properly and leaked for many months until I was called to replace the rubber today.
Engineers or TECH people felt as I do that the problem was a CHLORAMINE ATTACK --- One
reference viewed on the Internet under Google 'chloramine attack ' said:

"The failure of rubber parts used in domestic

water applications has been reported from
Florida, California, Texas and Minnesota. The
complaints involved swelling and cracking and
are related to nitrile and ethylene-propylene
co-polymer type compounds.
Examples of these failures are:
* O-rings used in watering assemblies in
Ramona, CA failed after six months due to
swelling. Normally, they are expected to last
for three years (ref. 1).
* Aerator washers used in the airport in
Minneapolis, MN swelled. The same washers
are used in St. Louis and Atlanta without any
problems (ref. 1).
* Rubber parts used in toilets in Fort
Lauderdale, FL are breaking down after six
months. Normally, they last four to five years
(ref. 2).
* Ingleside, TX had failure of seating materials
on large valves in treatment plant filter

backwash assemblies. The gasket material is

EPDM based and has been exposed to
chloramine residuals in the range of 3 to 5
mg./1 since 1982. Since 1982, similar valve
assemblies on the raw water side show little or
no deterioration and have been in service since
1972 (ref. 3).
Oxidant attack on the elastomeric structure is
directed either at the material's polymeric
backbone or the cross-linking between polymer
groups. Polymeric attack diminishes material
strength, while cross-linkage disruption
decreases elasticity and resilience (ref. 4).
The failure of the robber parts coincides with
the implementation and usage of chloramines
as a method of water purification. Prior to
chloramination, chlorine gas was added to
purify water for domestic use."

"The higher operational concentration of combined

chlorine, vis-a-vis free chlorine, may accelerate
oxidative attack on elastomeric surfaces. This may be
especially relevant to the experience in Florida, where
high total chlorine doses are often maintained both
to disinfect And bleach color from the water."
NOW FOR A COMMENT FROM THE OLD
PLUMBER --- In the 1983-86 era I was sent to
Sun City Florida as a Plumber to trouble shoot
PINHOLING in copper M piping. Inspections
were done then I gave up because it appeared
to be a problem with the ACID nature of the
Water. The 8.5 YEARS working for the

Hillsborough County Hospital Authority at

Tampa General had made me suspicious of
water causing failures in copper or any other
piping. Fortunately as a Master Plumber
CFC032631 I was able to visit the LAB on
Kennedy and Nebraska where some
technicians advised me that the COUNTY was
taking multiple samples of the water as it
appeared to be making lead, copper and other
items give that first cup of water in the
morning more items than were desired and
technically everyone should RUN THE WATER
FOR A MINUTE OR SO to get the dissolved
items OUT before making coffee or drinking
same. CAUSE DIAGNOSIS CONFIRMED OVER
AERATION by someone which made the water
ACID and dissolved those lead, copper and
other items making the pinholes. Henry
Gonzalez Plumbing, my boss sent me down
there to find the problem and we found it,
solved the leaks in one home then everything
went SILENT in the County about all of those
houses who depended upon the County to
check the water perhaps and prevent damage
with one man stating "Well. They are old and
dying anyway !".

I also reported FOR YEARS trouble in Brandon

with SILICONIZED RUBBER components which
were flaking like biscuits rather than being flat
rubber some quarter of an inch thick PLUS they
too were swelling caused by an unknown
problem. My comments professionally were

THE LARGEST DESAL PLANT ON THE PLANET,
MIXED WITH HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY WATER

WATER REACTED BADLY ON SILICONE RUBBER
IN BRANDON WHEN EARL, THE FRIENDLY
PLUMBER, AND I FOUND A PROBLEM WITH THE

CONFIRMED A MORE DANGEROUS PROBLEM

DISTILLED WATER plus all faucet aerators

found out the bacteria level plus the shower
heads are soaked in a solution of 35% food
grade hydrogen peroxide and distilled water 1
ounce of Hydrogen Peroxide to 11 ounces of
distilled water SPRAYED AND SOAKING Shower
heads WEEKLY ! That makes up a 3% solution
by the way ! Excellent decontamination
mixture for all to consider in Hospitals, Rooms,
Homes, Trailers, ...etc.
Keep in mind....ALL ASSEMBLIES ALL OVER
THIS NATION HAVE TO BE TESTED AT LEAST

Humans do not think of the super bacteria forming on faucet aerators and shower heads let
alone the need to decontaminate or disinfect same with known proven liquids or sprays.
Everyone can realize how offensive fecal matter in a toilet may be so they get a SPRAY CAN
to take away or mask the odor, wipe the bowl or clean the bowl but never wonder about what
is living and growing in the toilet bowl tanks then flushed so the white porcelain surface is
really dirty and smelly. PEOPLE assume Government sold WATER IS SAFE, COMPLETELY
FILTERED, ALL PESTICIDES REMOVED...etc.

As a former Realtor my thoughts go to FEMA TRAILERS, Campers, Ships, Aircraft, Cruise

Lines, Hospitals, Jails, Prisons and even day care facilities where homes with Cold and Hot
Water lines are stagnant like fire lines for perhaps ONE FULL YEAR. When building the home
the County mandates a bacteria test with high level of Chlorine is completed....but then the
system is never checked again EVER ! FEMA Trailers sit idle in a yard with water tanks and
lines containing bacteria growths and building up on aerators and shower heads until given
in an emergency for families to occupy WITHOUT ONE BACTERIA TEST ! Same for rental
campers, retreat buildings, scout camps, military training facilities and various Federal, State,
County, Municipal items and facilities activated on emergency conditions ONLY with no
consideration for high bacteria counts in those water lines, on shower heads or faucet
aerators.

Federal Rules mandate specific FLOW modifications on shower heads or faucet aerators with
some firms making MILLIONS producing same which might have been installed back in 1976
and never cleaned nor changed with no checks via PETRI DISH BACTERIA CULTURE even in
ALL MEDIA buildings or the homes of everyone who reads the morning paper. Why would
anyone NOT question the safety of water lines or water fountains let alone shower heads and
aerators on kitchen faucets or washroom faucets in our schools K-UNIVERSITY ? Especially
when they close down for weeks with no chlorine water being run through them ?

Imagine those people using WELLS CONTAMINATED AND UN-NOTICED UNTIL PEOPLE
START DYING IN A SPECIFIC AREA THEN THE COUNTY TAKES SAMPLES FINDING WHAT
WAS KILLING THE PEOPLE AND DISCONTINUES USE GIVING THE RESIDENTS WHO
SURVIVED BOTTLED WATER UNTIL THE COUNTY CAN PUT EXTENSIONS ON
CHLORINATED WATER ! Why the LAB for the County is not taking samples from WELL
AREAS is a mystery even to me. When finding BLACK SLIMY LIQUID inside backflow
assemblies we report the area and residents as taking in BAD WELL WATER plus tell our
customers to switch to GALLON JUGS OF DISTILLED WATER IMMEDIATELY. Later we find
some firm has sold a pressure CHLORINATOR which may mask the problem as only a LAB
can truly find out the cause in a well field area.

STATE LAB used to charge $7.00 FOR CHECKING THE WATER IN WELLS FOR E-COLI BUT
THEN SOME AREAS WERE SHOWN TO HAVE SUPER DANGEROUS ITEMS INSIDE THE
WELLS AND THOSE WELLS WERE SEALED FOR HUMAN USE NEAR SPECIFIC
CONTAMINATING BUILDINGS OR ENTITIES ! People have to DIE before the County looks
into the potential problem with wells !

Multiply the faucet aerator problem WORLDWIDE to all Hotels, Motels, Cruise Lines,
Commercial and Military Aircraft, Military Bases-Ships-Submarines, Homes and Buildings on
all bases WORLDWIDE, private and commercial properties, Schools, Hospitals, Jails,
Prisons.....THEN TELL ME HOW MANY WILL DIE ? Shands Cancer Center had one die
recently from Legionnaires Disease traced directly to the FAUCET as did perhaps a person
renting a room in a hotel in Miami. As a decorated American Veteran we worry even going to
the local VA HOSPITAL in Tampa because working 8.5 years for the Hillsborough County
Hospital Authority showed us clearly NO ONE DECONTAMINATES OR DISENFECTS
WHEELCHAIRS, TABLES, CHAIRS, HOSPITAL BEDS, SHOWERS, LAVATORIES and the "ALL
EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS" is a joke when faucet aerators contaminate the hands

The CLUE normally that there is a problem would be children or adults returning to a
previously closed facility or building then immediate absences or stomach upset, watery
stools and necessity to go home, take meds and stay away due to fever, shakes or WORSE !
Check with the medical professionals and CDC on the signs. Rubber components in Faucets,
Commode Tanks, Shower valves and especially BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLIES
should normally last at least 5 years for RUBBER components and some 20 YEARS for a
simple backflow assembly made of BRASS ! One or two years in service with massive
leaking is caused by WATER PROVIDED WITH MISTAKES IN CHLORINE OR CHLORAMINE
WHICH HAVE TO BE CHECKED IN THE FIELD BY TESTING. Especially where anomalies are
noticed by Certified Testers or Certified Repair Contractors who are specialists trained by
UF/TREEO !

Ask to sleep in the White House....Lincoln Bedroom or perhaps ask to sleep at Camp
David....they do not remove the aerators there either nor do they perhaps RUN CHLORINATED
WATER EVERY DAY IN THOSE SPECIAL GUEST BEDROOMS ! Feel safer now when
traveling ? Ruth DeLaMater Bundy, UF/TREEO Tester 03-10-1050 and Repair R-057, the first
female to go through UF/TREEO Repair Class, found reclaim water feeding domestic water
lines at Waters and Hanley Road treatment plant. We reported same immediately to Chief
Plumbing Inspector Carl Conte plus Cross Connection Control Supervisor Robert Dicecco
who both came to the facility. My firm was there on an ANNUAL BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY
TEST where we found the 3 inch RP was leaking water backwards into the potable water
system.

A Female Supervisor or Director over ALL TREATMENT PLANTS stated "WE ARE EXEMPT
FROM ANY STATE TESTING LET ALONE COUNTY TESTING!" when I had the form issued by
the County mandating annual testing in my possession. I was ORDERED OFF of the facility
and being an Ex-Deputy for HCSO and former TIA and TPD Police Officer I knew any green
and white unit could come, hear the lady supervisor, issue a TRESPASS WARNING and I
would have to leave with a record of same. Thankfully my firm has not been called to ANY
COUNTY FACILITY OR BUILDING TO DO TESTING SINCE THAT DATE ! The lady was
informed I would have MEDIA on the Hanley Road site tomorrow morning and removed the
CAUSE OF THE SMELLY AND BAD WATER GIVEN TO RESIDENTS IN THE AREA ON THE
MAIN ! Never did see it as an incident as it was NOT REPORTED nor was the dumping of
sewer sludge in violation of EPA RULES over the embankment from a 1.5 inch plastic pipe
and ball valve making a BROWN V down the side into the slime covered river of water.
COUNTY CAN VIOLATE ANYTHING !

I have properly reported Code Enforcement Officer Robert Dicecco for no less than FOUR
FELONIES with no action taken by anyone to cause his arrest and proceed for conviction in a
trial for same. The individual STILL drives a County Vehicle, Still has a County Issue ID and
Clothing, STILL CAN ISSUE CODE VIOLATION NOTICES and not one County Commissioner
NOR County Attorney seems interested in this UTTERING OF FORGED HILLSBOROUGH
COUNTY ORDINANCE APPENDIX B which costs Contractors in this County THOUSANDS OF
DOLLARS NEEDLESSLY SINCE 04-2006 THROUGH TODAY and involves all INSPECTORS for
the City of Tampa given FORGED DOCUMENTS "So they will all be on the same page!"
Misfeasance, Malfeasance, Aiding, Abetting, Conspiracy, Principal ALL COULD BE CHARGES
available to the Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee for NOT REPORTING THIS FELON

through guard shack and when you hit the end of that road turn to the right some 100 yards or so

down the road on the LEFT is a 6 inch assembly where the Black Rubber which is considered EPDM
[ethylene propylene diene Monomer (M-class) rubber] " Ethelene Propylene
Diene Monomer " which is supposed to stand up to normal water like in San Francisco Bay areas.

Called to the ENGINEERS AND TECH SUPPORT STAFF at Wilkins Zurn only to find out that the
severe deterioration shown by the first Check rubber removal today which made same look like a
MUSHROOM ALL THE WAY AROUND as the swelling and small particle splitting did not allow
seating properly and leaked for many months until I was called to replace the rubber today.
Engineers or TECH people felt as I do that the problem was a CHLORAMINE ATTACK --- One
reference viewed on the Internet under Google 'chloramine attack ' said:

"The failure of rubber parts used in domestic

water applications has been reported from
Florida, California, Texas and Minnesota. The
complaints involved swelling and cracking and
are related to nitrile and ethylene-propylene
co-polymer type compounds.
Examples of these failures are:
* O-rings used in watering assemblies in
Ramona, CA failed after six months due to
swelling. Normally, they are expected to last
for three years (ref. 1).
* Aerator washers used in the airport in
Minneapolis, MN swelled. The same washers
are used in St. Louis and Atlanta without any
problems (ref. 1).
* Rubber parts used in toilets in Fort
Lauderdale, FL are breaking down after six
months. Normally, they last four to five years
(ref. 2).
* Ingleside, TX had failure of seating materials
on large valves in treatment plant filter
backwash assemblies. The gasket material is
EPDM based and has been exposed to
chloramine residuals in the range of 3 to 5

assemblies on the raw water side show little or
no deterioration and have been in service since

Oxidant attack on the elastomeric structure is
directed either at the material's polymeric

groups. Polymeric attack diminishes material
strength, while cross-linkage disruption
decreases elasticity and resilience (ref. 4).
The failure of the robber parts coincides with
the implementation and usage of chloramines
as a method of water purification. Prior to
chloramination, chlorine gas was added to
purify water for domestic use."

"The higher operational concentration of combined

chlorine, vis-a-vis free chlorine, may accelerate
oxidative attack on elastomeric surfaces. This may be
especially relevant to the experience in Florida, where
high total chlorine doses are often maintained both
to disinfect And bleach color from the water."
NOW FOR A COMMENT FROM THE OLD
PLUMBER --- In the 1983-86 era I was sent to
Sun City Florida as a Plumber to trouble shoot
PINHOLING in copper M piping. Inspections
were done then I gave up because it appeared
to be a problem with the ACID nature of the
Water. The 8.5 YEARS working for the
Hillsborough County Hospital Authority at
Tampa General had made me suspicious of
water causing failures in copper or any other

piping. Fortunately as a Master Plumber

CFC032631 I was able to visit the LAB on
Kennedy and Nebraska where some
technicians advised me that the COUNTY was
taking multiple samples of the water as it
appeared to be making lead, copper and other
items give that first cup of water in the
morning more items than were desired and
technically everyone should RUN THE WATER
FOR A MINUTE OR SO to get the dissolved
items OUT before making coffee or drinking
same. CAUSE DIAGNOSIS CONFIRMED OVER
AERATION by someone which made the water
ACID and dissolved those lead, copper and
other items making the pinholes. Henry
Gonzalez Plumbing, my boss sent me down
there to find the problem and we found it,
solved the leaks in one home then everything
went SILENT in the County about all of those
houses who depended upon the County to
check the water perhaps and prevent damage
with one man stating "Well. They are old and
dying anyway !".

I also reported FOR YEARS trouble in Brandon

with SILICONIZED RUBBER components which
were flaking like biscuits rather than being flat
rubber some quarter of an inch thick PLUS they
too were swelling caused by an unknown
problem. My comments professionally were
the DESALINATED WATER, PURCHASED FROM
THE LARGEST DESAL PLANT ON THE PLANET,
MIXED WITH HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY WATER

DISTILLED WATER plus all faucet aerators
internal components were removed once I
found out the bacteria level plus the shower
heads are soaked in a solution of 35% food
grade hydrogen peroxide and distilled water 1
ounce of Hydrogen Peroxide to 11 ounces of
distilled water SPRAYED AND SOAKING Shower
heads WEEKLY ! That makes up a 3% solution
by the way ! Excellent decontamination
mixture for all to consider in Hospitals, Rooms,
Homes, Trailers, ...etc.
Keep in mind....ALL ASSEMBLIES ALL OVER
THIS NATION HAVE TO BE TESTED AT LEAST
ANNUALLY AND MORE TIMES EACH YEAR FOR
SOME WHO ARE IN REALLY DANGEROUS

we go over ALL assemblies which have not been tested since 08/2008 for those who were advised
that DANGERS OF NOT FOLLOWING FEDERAL, FLORIDA AND COUNTY
ORDINANCES/LAWS/CODES is getting dangerous since the same BLACK RUBBER is on fire line
assemblies and will be obviously leaking into POTABLE WATER AREAS !

Here are the PHOTOS of what gave away a LEAK at this 6 inch Model 375 RP showing
manufacturer date perhaps 06/04 which means nothing special.

Green Algea indicates severe leaking for months at this assembly. Craig Ayers just took over.

Heavy CHUNK OF RUST was under the spring CLIP on Check 2 as you can see it was leaking
BACKWARDS into the RELIEF for a long time. Would YOU drink this water or perhaps care to
WIPE OFF THE NEAT COATINGS INSIDE AND EAT SAME ? Not me ! {Flow to right}
