Documentation listed that are required to supporting Thai visas and Work

Permit processing is as the following:1. Passport copy for the main page of passport details i.e. showing full name,
passport number, photograph, nationality, place of birth, sex, date of passport issued,
place of passport issued and passport expiry date (including family members passport
copy i.e. spouse, children).
2. Thai Non-Immigrant B type visa copy for applicant and Non-Immigrant O
type visa copy for family member i.e. spouse, children (if applicable); this visa can be
applied through our Thai Embassy (out side of Thailand), and required to process this
visa type before entering in to Thailand.
3. Six photos for 2 inches size (width 4 x height 6 cms), and 3 extra photos of size
(width 6 x height 5 cms); for your New work permit book.
4. Updated CV/Resume.
5. Educational certificate copy.
6. All course training certificates copy (if applicable).
7. Married certificate copy (if married).
8. Birth certificate copy for children (if children).
9. DMF (Department of Mineral Fuels) application form; total 2 pages as per
attached and applicant is required to complete all information, and please email back
to thitima@teak-thailand.com to recheck all information first, and then the complete
DMF form will be converting & sending back to applicant by PDF file via email to
printing for signature at the signature of applicant column on 2nd page.
10. Company organization chart that showing applicants name & position and it is
required to process from company side in Thailand.
11. Invitation letter requisition form; as per attached and it is required to complete
by applicant and please email back to thitima@teak-thailand.com as soon as possible,
and then the invitation letter + company supporting documentation that required from
company side in Thailand will be sending to applicant via email to printing out and
take it along with applicants original valid passport at least 3 months, two photos for
size 2 inches, complete visa form (as per attached) for each person, visa fee around
2,000.- Baht per person, married certificate copy for spouse, birth certificate copy for
children to start apply for Thai Non-Immigrant type visa (B for applicant & O for
family member) at our Thai Embassy (out side of Thailand and need to process this
visa type before entering into Thailand). Consular officers reserve the rights to ask
for additional documents as deemed necessary; that depends on each applicants
nationality and each Thai Embassy from that country.
Noted: applicant is allowed to work in Thailand once applicant is being granted a
work permit that our government (DMF) needs around 2-3 months for their
consideration of working permit approve, and we will be informed applicant by
email as soon as this letter issued and upon our receiving.
