Trading

Ensured accurate communication and implementation of trading strategies between the investment team, trading desk,

Operations
Managed the team that settled all trades via DTC, local markets, FED, and Euroclear. Reconciled all portfolio positions with

instruments, prospectus stock, and physical restricted securities. Co-managed the daily reconciliation of client investment
portfolios and securities pricing in our portfolio management system (PORTIA). Maintained accurate Security and Accounts
Master files used for reporting. Reviewed of all corporate actions, dividends, spin-off, stock splits, and reorganizations affecting
portfolio positions and correctly reflected in portfolio system. Produced client holding reports and performance. Verified integrity
of accounting and trading systems to ensure accurate daily positions. Coordinated with counterparties, transfer agents, and
legal counsels on any trade issues to ensure trades settled on time. Supervised front to back processing to ensure proper
controls and procedures are documented and followed.
Accounting
Responsible for overall financial management of the firm. Ensured compliance with audit standards and financial reporting.
Managed accounts payable/receivable, payroll, firm cash flow projections, capital account, and P&L. Created the annual
budget; monitored and reported variances to partners. Calculated quarterly UBT, commercial rent taxes, members
distributions, 1099s and capital accounts. Collaborated with external auditors to produce audited financial reports and member
K1s. Maintained partners capital accounts and distributions. Tested client fees invoicing.
Compliance
Wrote and updated trading policies, employee manual, and compliance manual with the CCO. Performed compliance testing to
ensure adherence to firms policies and escalated results as appropriate. Conducted annual review with CCO of firm
procedures, policies, books, and records to ensured SEC compliance and firm policies. Reviewed of all portfolio holdings of
SEC filings. Collaborated with compliance department to define and monitor trading policies and procedures related to
allocation, best execution, soft dollars arrangements, and client guidelines.

IT Management

Risk Management
Reviewed all trading relationships with brokers and OTC counterparties. Analyzed counterparties risk and made adjustments to
limit exposure. Produced risk management reports showing securities holdings based on performance, weightings,

Played an instrumental role in the start-up and development of Zesiger Capital Group LLC, a highly successful asset

During the startup of firm, collaborated with outside IT consultant to create new trading system. Led the migration of
client information from BEA Assoc. to Zesiger.

Set up new accounting system (PORTIA) which included clients and securities set-up, daily pricing, and performance
reporting. Created the project budgets for both the implementation of new system and the annual cost. Monitored and
reported variances to partners.

Worked with marketing group to create various performance matrixes including: country, region, sector, and market
capitalization.

Designed comprehensive portfolio reports allowing PM to view real time characteristics.
