6.0 Findings:
Some findings from the study have been listed below:
In Bangladesh banks are still reluctant to use e-banking services in full face.
Public banks are far behind from private banks in e-banking sector.
Mobile banking services are yet to flourish by the banks.
Infrastructural problems are hindering the development of e-banking.
Security system of the banks is not in satisfactory mark.
Banks are not following Bangladesh Bank rules regarding e-banking properly.
Hardware and Software of ATM system is not upgraded.
Commercial banks including Bangladesh Bank are not concern about the use of mobile
6.1 RECOMMENDATIONS
Since 1992 the e-banking is going on all over the country but it is still many theoretical and
technical hurdles. Some recommendations are listed below to overcome and improve the
current situations:
E-banking system should be more flexible.
E-banking should develop their communication among branches.
Need to establish more ATM booths owned by individual bank with sufficient fund for
releasing consumers from extra transaction fees.
E-banking service should be according to the customer expectation and satisfaction.
Government should compel the banking sectors to automate their operation and going
online by a specific period.

Banks management should be watchful to their stuffs to control supply of fake money.
Banks should utility bill payment system through e-banking so that customer can pay
the bills at home.
Banks should monitor mobile banking activities properly.
Public banks should pay their attention in mobile banking concept.
Advantage of 3g network should utilize for e-banking services.
