TOEFLisveryeasy,justthebasicEnglishtest.Youhardlyneedaweek'spreparationfor
TOEFL.YoucangiveittillAugust.
RetakingGRE?
YoucantaketheGREthriceandchoosethescorethatyouwanttosendtothe
universities.OneshouldretakeGREonlyandonlyifheissurethathecanshow
considerableimprovementinhisscore,bythatImeanajumpofatleast5marks.Asper
myexperience,studentsareneverabletoscorehigherintheirsecondGRE.Butsometimes
(ifyouhavealotofgapbetweenthetwoexamsandyoupreparedreallyhard),peopleare

gettingtranscriptsfromcollege,sendingscorestoETS,sendingtranscriptstouniversities
etc.TheearliestopeningdatesareinSeptember,sobepreparedtillthen.

Thereisalwaysthismisconceptionthattheearlieryouapply,thebetterareyourchances
togetin!Lame!!EvenIappliedhurriedlyverysoon,butwhenpeoplestartgettingadmits,
youwillseepeoplegettingtheiradmitswithinaweekafterapplyingwhileotherskeep
waitingtill45months.Youshouldbewellbeforeyourfirstapplicationdeadline,thatis,

Makesureyou'resharpandgoodatmathtomasterquant.ThisisnotliketheCATwhere
youneedtoknowformulas.Youjustneedtohaveagoodreasoningcapabilityandafew

Forverbal,readreadread.Readasmanybooksasyoucan.Don'tlimityourselftoIndian
