positiveinspectionandcleanoutisolationproceduresforthevesselswithourmanagersandtwoplanswerestudied:

PlanAistoisolateeveryvesselindividually(everyvesselwillhaveaminimumofthreepointstoachievepositiveisolation)a
bignumberofpointsappearsinthisplanthatrequiredalotofspades(blindflanges),gaskets,andmanpower.

time,manpower,andmaterialsbutourmanagersrefusetouseitbecauseourstandardsrequirepositiveisolationduring
vesselentry.

Myquestionis:Althoughthestandardsrequirepositiveisolationforeveryvessel,canweuseplanBwhichmakespositive
isolationforboundarylimitsonlyandwhatarethestandardsusedinisolationrequiredformaintenance???
