Achievement: Presently involved in the process column top outlet mixed vapor heat recovery project which uses
effective utilization of vapor heat with flow rate @ 6732 kgs/hr to input as heat source for chiller to produce 850TR
capacity. This will reduce around 80% load of exiting chiller and stop all fin fan coolers with energy saving.

Well versed in ABB DCS and Tank Farm Management & Terminal Automation Systems (TAS) for loading
operations.
Involved in the operations of the (2 x 16500 MT) each Propane and Butane cryogenic storage tanks with in tank
cold pumps, screw compressor, propane mixer, vaporizers and loading gantries.
Handled Two numbers 600 MT each pressurized Propane Mounded Bullets with compressors, pumps, two
numbers 150 MT each Mounded LPG Bullets with pumps.
Operated 2 nos of Screw Flash Gas compressors & 2 nos of screw boil of gas compressors capable of catering a
vapor load @ 6MT/hour & 2MT/hour, Flare system and LP boilers operation.

Effectively involved in the operation of the following units through YOKOGAWA centum-CS DCS system.
Naphtha storage tanks Floating roof type and Fuel Oil Tanks.

Naphtha Hydrofining unit.-Designed to remove the sulphur content in Naphtha from1500 ppm to 0.5 ppm based on
IIP-IFP Process @ 27 TPH, which consist of Naphtha vaporizer, COMOX bed reactor, stripper column, reciprocating
Hydrogen compressors.
ICI steam Naphtha reformer unit. - Catalytic steam reforming section produce mixture of gases H2, CO2, CO, CH4
and H2O @ 26.5 TPH. Top fired furnace and consists of 264 tubes and 90 burners & Nickel metal as catalyst.
Process air compressor. -Multistage centrifugal compressor driven by 12 KSC, condensing type turbine with antisurge control system and deliver process air to secondary reformer. Capacity: 45,000 NM3 / hr, Make: HITACHI
