The total estimated cost: for the first month will be $16376 and
$2400 for each month after.

Risk Analysis:
The following table is the initial Risk Assessment that our team has attempted to identify and prioritize for
the starting of our Project. The Risk Assessment will be monitored and updated continuously throughout
the project so that our team can analyze the hardship as well as identify the level of the risk itself to
provide solution as soon as possible. Project Manager will have the responsibilities to recommend
contingencies for the risks or gather the whole team to amend the risk altogether. In every team meeting,
our team will dedicate an amount of time to analyze and identify new risks as well as provide correction for
the current risks. Our team has decided to categorize the risk into 3 parts with 3 indicators as follow:
1. List of Type of Risks:
a. Project Risks
b. Product Risks
c. Business Risks
2. List of Type of Risk level Risk impact level on our teams project plan:
a. Green (Light Risk) This type of risk is needed to be solved in less than 2 working days.
b. Orange (Moderate Risk) Solution is needed in less than 5 working days
c. Red (Serious Risk ) - Need solution as soon as possible otherwise the Project should be stopped
immediately
