2- Consider the scenarios of: Changing scope, changing

time, and changing cost. For each scenario What is
the impact of the change on the other constrains of the
triple constraint
Ans: TIME: Each of the tripe constraints have vital roles on one another, for
example time, when changes are made with time, as in the managers asked for
the project to be done earlier, the cost factor will be impacted the most since
more work as to be done which reflects on the working hours of employees.

SCOPE: Changes in the scope, also known as changes in the objectives, may
cause plenty of confusion in achieving project goals, when changes in the scope
are made, changes will be made with COST and TIME, since the new changes
may require more/less work to be done, therefore the deadline may either be
earlier/further, Cost is affected since the changes In the scope may require either
more/less supplies, as well as more/less labour.

COST: Changes that are made with the cost, as in budget assigned will influence
either the labour force assigned since each employee is getting paid or it may
influence the recourses used, which will eventually reflect on the either one of the
tripe constraints, Scope or Time.

3- Dealing with changes

Dealing with time changes as in earlier deadline requires us to

use all our staff members and we may also recruit more
temporary staff to help achieve project objectives at earliest
time. Additional recourses may be purchased.

- Changes that are made with the scope require us to reach out
to the customers early in the project stages as well as
assigning a Change Control Group that will help with evaluating
the risks that come with applying the changes.

- Changes to the cost will have an impact on how fast project

can be done, if the cost decrease we will need to either lower
our labour force or use less recourses.
