1. Introduction
This document describes how to enter data, query, generate reports and navigate in
the Human Resource Analytics.
This document has been organized as per the structure given in the Table of Contents,
providing procedures/information relevant to the Omran Operations as well as
additional information about the Dashboard modification.
Scope of this document is restricted to, helping users in carrying out their day to day
activities related to this module.
Navigation Tool
It is important for a user to go through the below given document before entering
Human Resource Analytics. The below given document details about the entry
procedure, transaction procedure, working with key board, following the navigation
etc.

General Overview
This document describes metrics available in Oracle Business Intelligence Applications. These metrics are
housed within the Oracle Business Intelligence Applications repository. They are used in the pre- built
analyses, and / or are available for customers to use via Oracle Answers in building new analyses or
extending existing analyses. Oracle Answers is the ad-hoc query and reporting tool used for building and
modifying analyses. This document also includes additional metrics which can be made accessible by
means of minimal configuration. These additional metrics are included in the Business Modeling and
Mapping Layer of the Oracle Business Intelligence Applications repository. Configuration required before
using them merely involves exposing these metrics to the Presentation Layer within the underlying
repository

General Overview
Application Login
To Log into application, oracle uses internet explorer. You have to select the http address
(for your Site which will be provided by your System Administrator) in the internet
explorer window as you are connected to a normal web page.
Your Oracle BI application has integrated with the Oracle E-Business Suite. So there is
no separate link for BI application.
Once you connect into the web page, Select Apps Login Link to get Logon screen.

Select the appropriate Subject Area to create a report. In our example select Human Resource Absence
and Leave Accrual Subject Area
