Inspection and maintenance of electrical explosion protected equipment (ATEX, Ex) in line with the
requirements of applicable international standards to ensure the integrity of such equipment is maintained.
Installation and Maintenance of HV/LV switchgears.
Electrical maintenance; i.e. Over head line, transformers, ACBs, and VCBs.
Installation, maintenance and Overhauling of transformers.
Functional testing of electrical equipment, in accordance with site weekly routines, to ensure the
operation of safety critical equipment (e.g. Emergency Generators, Firewater Pumps, etc).
Install and commission new electrical equipment in accordance with company approved modification work packs.
Routine housekeeping of electrical substations, electrical rooms, electrical workshop, and electrical office,
to maintain a clean and safe working environment for electrical activities, and to ensure electrical
equipment is appropriately stored.
Major Job Activities / Responsibilities
Supervising the activities of assigned personnel involved in the maintenance of Electrical Equipments
related to Distillers, Boilers and its related auxiliary equipments to Water Station.

To Supervise preventive, breakdown and planned overhaul of assigned electrical equipment.

To participate in diagnosis and repair of major breakdown and to estimate time of repair and ensure timely return
of repaired equipment.

To supervise on site annual overhaul and to follow work schedule.
To check safety, work permit and preventive maintenance plan.
To plan, check specification and to ensure that maintenance works are carried out according to agreed, schedule,
cost estimate and required quality.
To assist maintenance engineer in organizing spare-parts ordering plan and to check stock list.
Suggest and carry out necessary modification in the plant to improve it performance.
To supervise lifting operation in job where assigned.
Maintain and updates a log of maintenance work done.
