- Working as Junior Engineer in CIVICONS CONSULTANTS AND ENGINEERS at Chennai from
APRIL 2014- Presently.
Details: Site located at Sembakkam Tambaram which contains three Blocks. One commercial building
and two Residential apartments. All buildings contains G+4 and commercial in post tensioned slab.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED
- Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) &
evaluating as per the planned schedules.
- Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
- Preparation of bar bending schedule, B.O.Qs, sub-contractor bills and etc.,
- Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
- Execute steel as per approved structural design.
- Study of the related documents such as drawings, Electrical drawings, plans etc.,
- Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc.
- Coordinating the strength of grade as per the requirements.
- Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.
- Explains the work and Study of assembly drawings to the new comers.
