GENERAL DISCRIPTION

APPLICATION METHODS AND RATES

Coal Dust Control, Multrol-901 is a blend of

selective polymer agents, anti oxidant and
surfactant specially designed for Coal Dust
Control. In coal mining or power plant using
coal as energy sources, minimizing of Coal dust
is high priority to handle. A wide range of
techniques are used to manage, control and
prevent coal dust in coal mining and around
coal-fired power plants.
Controlling coal dust is vital to worker safety and
environment because of the risk of coal dust
explosions and pollutions. In addition to creating
safety and environmental hazards, coal dust
increases the cost of maintaining material
handling equipment. Many coal-fired plants are
turning to high-tech dust suppression systems to
control fine airborne coal particles known as
fugitive coal dust. From high-powered fans that
emit a fine mist of water over large areas to
programs that use a combination of Antioxidants, Binders and Foaming agents, the
technologies vary in scale and cost.
Recommended uses: Coal Mining, Coal-fire
Power Plant, Coal Transportation and Coal
Collecting area.

Multrol-901, Recommended use, dilute with water at

ratio 1:100 1:300. Apply at dosage rate 0.3 0.5
Gallon Per Ton (GPT) of coal or depending on typical
purposes. Use spray gun or powerful water spray to
smother clouds of dust erupting from a pile of coal as it
is unloaded in the coal yard or during transportation.

at transfer points while minimizing moisture
addition to the coal.
Anti-oxidants and dust control binders
applied to coal that is directed to short term
storage piles to inhibit oxidation of coal

controlling
dust
through
agglomeration of fines.
Dust control binders applied to coal sent to
short term or long-term storage.

PACKAGING
Multrol-901, is packaged in 200 liter of plastic drum or
lined steel drum. 20 liter of plastic container is also
available from our manufacturing in Jakarta.

Jakarta or our agent at your area. Multrol-901 is
produced in Indonesia under local product. We are
leading in delivery time to supply your needs.
STORAGE AND HANDLING INSTRUCTION
Multrol-901 is non combustible liquid. Special care is
not required in handling in open flame. However,
standard chemicals handling of this product should be
apply. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. In
case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of
water for at least 15 minute.
