Use ticket system and Changes to handle daily operations and technical
services.

Proactively takes ownership of service tickets, performs troubleshooting,

resolves issues and escalate issues to development, and drives
resolution.

Maintains tickets updated based on SLA, and responds promptly.

Drive outages through resolution, pursue root cause analysis, and regular
