The workshop is built around a number of group activities that will foster Team Building among the participants

Thinking, Emotional Intelligence and NLP so as to ensure a long term retention and implementation.

LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION

DEVELOPING POTENTIAL
The thinking if the last millennium has been concerned with “what is” – the thinking of analysis, criticism and
argument. We need to concentrate withy “what- an-be”. This is the thinking that is creative and constructive
and seeks to solve problems and conflicts by designing a way forward. The emphasis is on designing
improvement, not judgment.
The analysis of the scientific tests conducted for the participants is base on “what is” and the same time focuses
on “what-can-be”, the combat strategy.
Highlights: the workshop is designed around specifically developed computer generated tests that the
participants will undergo to discover various aspects of their profile. The tests determine the areas which
require improvement and the methods ther3eof.

Todays career women are caught between the demands of full time work and when the day is done
they carry more of the responsibilities and commitments at home. A survey conducted on women working 40 to
45 hrs. Per week reports that 53% of the respondents are struggling to achieve work and life balance.
Successfully achieving work/life balance would ultimately create a more satisfied work force that contributes to
productivity and success in professional, personal and public life.
Objectives
The workshop aims at understanding the importance of both life balance for women in India and provides an
opportunity to understand the factors responsible and develop strategies to work the balance to ensure work

Everyone is under stress. But not all stress is the kind that impairs your performance. If it was, there would be

handle the stress, because they take control of the circumstances in which they experience it. In everyday life,
stress usually takes the form of mental or physical tension which you would rather not have. At work, it generally
