Blakes Outraged by Black Pastors Shameless Trump Support

This prolific clergy hoped BLACK pastors supporting Trump was just a nightmare.
Samuel R Blakes, Pastor of New Home Family of Churches in New Orleans and Baton Rouge,
unflinchingly voiced on social media how black pastors supporting Trump made him sick to his
stomach. Blakes opinion has been shared by hundreds who thanked him for his humility and
truthfulness.
Blakes said, I was hoping I would wake up from the nightmare when I was told that BLACK pastors
were coming together to support Donald Trump!! I just had the misfortune of watching the shameless
press conference in which I saw supposed men of God shuffling their feet and tap dancing at the
pleasure of Donald Trump. This absolutely made me sick to my stomach!!! How in the world can you
preach to poor people claim to love them and embrace the man that disrespects, disregards and
dishonors them! The thing that sickened me the most is that one pastor actually had the audacity to
blame it on the leading of God!! What God could you possibly be talking about sir?? Certainly not the
God I serve of whom scripture has proven has always had an affinity for and been on the side of the
poor and downtrodden!! Certainly you can't be talking about the God who declared when you give to
the poor you have loaned to the lord.
Let me ask you ...if your JESUS is the same one who stood in the temple and declared The Spirit of the
Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the POOR? Pastors we must be
careful about running after the BIG ones and forgetting about God's little ones. The word is still true
What you have done to the least of these my little ones you have done also unto me!! I pray I never get
so hungry for power, prestige or position that I forget the people that God has called me to
SERVE!!!!!!!
