2. The above Financial results were taken on
record by the Board of Directors in their
meeting held on 08-11-2014
3. There were no pending investor complaints
at the beginning of the quarter and the
Company has not received any investor
Complaints during the quarter ended 30-092014 and no complaints remains unresolved
as on 30-09-2014
4. Limited review of the above unaudited
nancial results have been carried out by the
Statutory Auditors.
5. Income tax will be provided at the end of the
year.
