Abstract
This two-column paper sample can serve as the template for
Microsoft Word format which is also the final paper format.
Please use Regular Script (for Chinese) and Times New Roman
(for English) fonts throughout the submitted manuscript, in
which 14-point boldface font for the title, 12-point regular font
for authors names, 10-point regular font for authors affiliations,
abstract, keywords, section titles and the main contents. The
reference list is in 8-point regular font.

indentation is 3.5 mm.
II. HELPFUL HINTS
A. Figures and Tables
Positions of figures and tables are at the tops and bottoms
of columns. Please avoid placing figures and tables in the
middle of columns. The larger figures and tables in the
paper may span across both columns, but the format
should be adjusted to be consistent with this guideline.
Figure captions should be centered below the figures and
table captions should be centered above the tables. Please
avoid placing figures and tables before their first mention
in the text. Use the abbreviation Fig. 1, even at the
beginning of a sentence.

Keywords: Please use maximum 6 terms.

I. INTRODUCTION
Please simulate the usual appearance of papers in an
IEEE conference proceedings. For items not addressed in

these instructions, please refer to the last issue of your


conferences proceedings.

equation appears or immediately following. Please use
(1), not Eq. (1) or equation (1), except at the
beginning of a sentence: Equation (1) is

The final paper should follow this format. You can
modify the section titles according to your requirements
but do not change this paper format.
