Overview
This material is restricted to extra low sulfur, phosphorus, and other residual elements. HIC tests are performed on a per
heat / thickness basis in association with NACE Standard TM0284. CLR (Crack Length Ratio), CTR (Crack Thickness
Ratio), and CSR (Crack Sensitivity Ratio) yield excellent results in keeping with the quality of the steel product.
