*Appartel- It is a hybrid lodging facility that is a cross between a hotel and an

apartment, providing travellers with housekeeping and a wide range of hotel like
amenities and living quarters that can be personalized to make them more home like.
They typically require a three to six months lease. Think in terms of Business travel to a
corporate hub. It is also an apartment hotel (also aparthotel/apartel, residential hotel, or
extended-stay hotel) is a serviced apartment complex that uses a hotel-style booking
system. It is similar to renting an apartment, but with no fixed contracts and occupants
can "check-out" whenever they wish.
*Bed and Breakfast- A bed and breakfast is a small lodging establishment that offers
overnight accommodation and inclusive breakfast, but usually does not offer other
meals. Typically, bed and breakfasts are private homes or family homes offering
accommodations the typical B&B has between 4 and 11 rooms, with 6 being the
average. "Bed and breakfast" is also used as a term to describe the level of catering
included in a hotel's room prices (as opposed to room only, half-board, full-board etc.)
*Camp Ground- A campsite or camping pitch is a place used for overnight stay in the
outdoors. An area or place that is used for camping, A place where people can put up a
tent or park a camper and that usually has toilets and showers for campers to us.
*Condominium- A condominium, frequently shortened to condo, is the form of housing
tenure and other real property where a specified part of a piece of real estate (usually of
an apartment house) is individually owned. Use of land access to common facilities in
the piece such as hallways, heating system, elevators, and exterior areas are executed
under legal rights associated with the individual ownership. These rights are controlled
by the association of owners that jointly represent ownership of the whole piece.
*Health Spa- A commercial establishment (as a resort) providing facilities devoted to
health and fitness.
*Hostel- It provides budget-oriented, sociable accommodation where guests can rent a
bed, usually a bunk bed, in a dormitory and share a bathroom, lounge, and sometimes a
kitchen. Rooms can be mixed or single-sex, although private rooms may also be
available. Hostels are generally cheaper for both the operator and the occupants; many
hostels have long-term residents whom they employ as desk clerks or housekeeping
staff in exchange for free accommodation.

*Hotel- A commercial establishment providing lodging, meals, and other guest services.
In general, to be called a hotel, an establishment must have a minimum of six letting
bedrooms, at least three of which must have attached (ensuite) private bathroom
facilities
*Inn- Sn establishment providing accommodations, food, and drink, especially for
travelers, Inns are generally establishments or buildings where travelers can seek
lodging and, usually, food and drink. They are typically located in the country or along a
highway.
*Paradores- Paradores is a chain of Spanish luxury hotels. A profitable state-run
enterprise, the hotels are often in castles, palaces, fortresses, convents, monasteries
and other historic buildings. in Spain and other Spanish-speaking countries, is a kind of
luxury hotel, usually located in a historic building such as a monastery or castle. Parar
means to stop, halt or stay.
*Lodge- A small house at the gates of a park or in the grounds of a large house,
typically occupied by a gatekeeper, gardener, or other employee. It is also an house or
hotel in the country or mountains for people who are doing some outdoor activity
*Motel- A hotel designed for motorists and usually has a parking area for motor
vehicles. A roadside hotel designed primarily for motorists, typically having the rooms
arranged in a low building with parking directly outside.
*Pension- A type of guest house or boarding house. A pension is a family-run
establishment, often guest houses, which offer accommodation services to their guests,
and it allows the guests to become familiar with the locals there. Food and drink are all
from local produce. Bathroom use is most likely shared, but nonetheless clean.
*Private Homes- Are places where persons, families, or small self-formed groups live
independently. Occupiers of these spaces have full expectation of general privacy, as
well as general control over their living spaces whether or not they own them.
