DPN MCBs/RCBOs
DPN MCBs/RCBOs are available up to 40A, with a single phase
breaking capacity of 6kA. Both phase and neutral conductors are
encapsulated in a compact (18/36mm) unit making it ideal for
special applications where the neutral must be disconnected but
space is a constraint.
C60 MCBs/RCBOs
Forming the core part of the Merlin Gerin MCB offer, C60 MCBs
are available up to 63A, B, C or D curve with a breaking capacity
of 15kA. Accepting cables as large as 35mm2, C60 provides a
single or three phase compact solution for a wide range of
commercial or heavy industrial applications.
They may be connected to Isobar 4 pan assemblies or hard wired.
C120 MCBs/RCBOs
New
Providing a partial replacement for the NC100 range, C120

provides current ratings up to 125A with a breaking capacity of
15kA. Single or three phase versions are available which can be
used in conjunction with a wide range of clip on vigi (RCD)
devices. The flexibility of this new range is further enhanced by the
ability to use a common range of accessories on DPN, C60 and
now C120.
NG125 MCBs/RCBOs
The revolutionary new NG125 provides current rating up to 125A,
with breaking capacities of 25, 36 or 50kA, (50kA for motor
applications only). Suitable for use as an outgoer to final circuits
being fed from panel applications.
NG125 includes standard features such as:

The protection of electrical installations against

earth faults.
The protection of persons against indirect contact:
medium sensitivities (300, 500, 1000 mA).

The C120 residual current device complies with
BS EN 61009. It is equipped with a locating device
that ensures the correct rating and number of poles.
The technical data of C120 circuit breakers when
combined with Vigi modules remain unchanged and
the circuit breakers remain compatible with indication
or control auxiliaries.

electrical signal. For security or energy management, TM can be used to control
lighting motors or heating.

Tm modules allow:
Technical data
Remote control of C60/C120 circuit breakers (with

or without a Vigi module)via a latched order.
Circuit breaker resetting after tripping, while
respecting safety rules and regulations in force.
A disconnection selector switch placed on the
front panel is used to:
Disconnect the remote control,
Lock the remote controlled circuit-breaker in the
"open"position (7 mm padlock not supplied).
A mechanical indicator shows the "open" or
"closed"status of the Tm remote control.
Reclosing after a fault:
Must be carried out in manual mode,locally after
search and clearance of the fault.
To enable manual and local resetting, an SD
auxiliary switch (cat.no.26927),cabled in series in
the control line of the Tm to module, prevent
automatic remote reclosing,
Remote reclosing is possible provided regulations
are complied with:resetting takes place by
opening the control circuit for more than 1.5 s.
