Cover Ups
Parents, please encourage your
dancer to wear cover ups to and
from their dance class to maintain
modesty, especially your older
dancers.

Health and Safety
In consideration to other dancers
and family members we ask that you
keep your dancer home if they are
ill. Any student who is running a
fever will not be allowed to attend
classes for at least 48 hours so as
not to expose other dancers. Please
call the studio to report the illness
and arrange a make-up class.
Parents
Please do not enter the studio during
class or knock on our viewing
windows in an attempt to gain your
child’s attention. Our instructors are
trained to teach your children. If
necessary, they will send your child
out to you.
DON’T MISS THE “DANCE XPLOSION”
This year’s showcase “Dance Xplosion” will be held at Lake Mary High School on Saturday, June 19, 2010. Mandatory
Dress Rehearsal will be on Friday, June 18, 2010, beginning at 4:00 p.m. A schedule with specific class rehearsal
times will be available soon. Please mark your calendars and invite friends and family to be a part of this enjoyable
event in your child’s life.
Fittings are underway! Please be patient as all costumes may not arrive at the same time, and remember, if your
costume was ordered later than December there is no guarantee that it will arrive in time for pictures. Fittings will be
toward the end of class time; if your dancer does not have a costume when their class is being fitted you should feel
free to take them early that day, we will contact you for a fitting as soon as their costume arrives.
Showcase pictures will be taken April 20-23; a detailed schedule is now available and will be posted at the studio.
Picture viewing will be May 12th and 13th. Please plan to be present for pictures, even though it may not be your regular
scheduled class day or time. The purchase of pictures is optional; however, please participate so the class picture will
be complete for those who do plan to purchase pictures. If your dancers’ costume has not arrived yet, or if your dancer
is not participating in the showcase, they are still welcome to have individual pictures taken; they should arrive on their
scheduled day and time dressed and ready in whatever attire you would like their picture taken.
Our special Keepsake Program Book will be a treasured part of each student’s dance experience. If you would like
your child’s picture and/or a personalized caption in the book please complete the Keepsake Program Form and turn it
in to the front desk with your payment no later than Friday, April 23rd.

Tuition Reminder
Tuition is due by the Fifth of each month. If you pay your tuition on or before the Fourth of each month you will save
$5.00 off your monthly tuition. If we do not receive your tuition by the Tenth of each month an automatic $15.00 late fee
will be applied. You may pay your tuition by cash, check, or Debit/ Credit Cards. We take Mastercard, Visa, and
Discover. When paying by check please put your child’s name on the bottom of your check, especially if the last name
on the check does not match the child’s last name. If for any reason you can not make it to the studio, please call in your
payment or mail it to Xtreme Dance Studio at: 4932 W SR46 Sanford, FL 32771. If you have any questions, please
