ACCIDENT DEFINITION
An accident is an unplanned/unpremeditated event
caused by unsafe acts or conditions which results in a
loss.

NEAR MISS (INCIDENT)


A near miss is an unplanned/unpremeditated event that
has the potential to cause injury to people or damage to
property.
