task I will consider preparing a learning plan, and having this plan reviewed

Interview #1 (Trainer)
Date: 13-08-2015
Time: 10:30 AM

Self Actualization:
A self-actualizer is a person who is living creatively and fully using his or her
potentials. What a man can do, he must do. It refers to the desire for selffulfillment, namely, to the tendency for him to become actualized in what he
is potentially. While the theory is generally portrayed as a fairly rigid
hierarchy, Maslow noted that the order in which these needs are fulfilled
does not always follow this standard progression. For example, he notes that
for some individuals, the need for self-esteem is more important than the
need for love. For others, the need for creative fulfillment may supersede
even the most basic needs. In his studies, Maslow found that self-actualizers
share similarities.
Aesthetic Needs:
The need for beauty and order, creativity, design and art. An indirect concern
with aesthetics can be inferred from ancient in many early civilizations. He
New Aesthetic is a native product of modern network culture.
Cognitive Needs:
The desire for knowledge and understand. The need for meaning and
predictability. Need for cognition has been variously defined as "a need to
structure relevant situations in meaningful, integrated ways" and "a need to
understand and make reasonable the experiential world. Those with a high
need for cognition may be inclined towards high elaboration
Esteem Needs:
Feeling competent. Self-esteem and self-respect. The respect of others,
socially and at work. All humans have a need to feel respected; this includes
the need to have self-esteem and self-respect. Esteem presents the typical
human desire to be accepted and valued by others. People often engage in a
profession or hobby to gain recognition. These activities give the person a
sense of contribution or value. Low self-esteem or an inferiority complex may
result from imbalances during this level in the hierarchy.

Safety Needs:
Feeling safe from potentially dangerous physical and psychological situations
and events. Security of health, work, money, routine and familiarity. With
their physical needs relatively satisfied, the individual's safety needs take
precedence and dominate behavior. In the absence of physical safety.

Interview #2 (College at IIPD)

Date: 13-08-2015
Time: 12:30 PM
Tell me about yourself? (Example)
I was born in Sydney, and attended High School. Ever since I was a
teenager, I tinkered with computers. It was my hobby, my passion, and
my way of learning. Like most kids I enjoyed computer games. When my
folks gave me a computer as a reward for making honor roll my
sophomore year, I mastered DOS, Windows, and WordPerfect within six
months. I then went on to teach myself programming basics.
We all have weaknesses. What are some of your major weaknesses?
(Example)
I have a real weakness for chocolate that tends to go right to my waist!
I'm watching my calories carefully these days!" or "I've never been good
with accounting. I have a tendency to take on too much on my own. I am
working on this by delegating more.
What type of decisions do you have difficulty making? (Example)
I sometimes have difficulty choosing between two equally good ideas." or
"I used to have difficulty saying 'no' to people until I learned to better set
priorities.
Where do you want to be in five years? (Example)
I'd like to have the opportunity to work in a plant as well as at the home
office. I also hope to develop my management skills, perhaps by
managing a small staff.
Describe your ideal career. (Example)
I'd like to stay in a field related to training no matter what happens. I was
too interested in business to work at a university, but I believe that
teaching is somehow in my blood. I've been good at sales because I took
the time to educate my clients. Now I look forward to training the new
hires.

What are your future plans, in the next three years? (Example)
My dream job would include all of the responsibilities and duties in this
position you're trying to fill. I also thrive in a fast-changing environment
where there's business growth. Your plans call for expanding
internationally during the next year, and this would satisfy one of my
ultimate goals of being involved in an international corporation.

What are your strengths? (Example)

My strengths are interpersonal skills, and I can usually win people over to
my point of view. Also, I have good judgment about people and an
intuitive sense of their talents and their ability to contribute to a given
problem. These skills seem to me directly related to the job. I notice that
you require three years' work experience for this job. Although my resume
shows I've only two years' experience, it doesn't show that I took two
evening college courses related to my field and have been active in one of
the professional societies. I also try to gain knowledge by reading the
industry's trade journals. I'm certain that my combined knowledge and
skill level is the equivalent of that of other people who do have three
years' of work experience. I'm also currently enrolled in a timemanagement course; I can already see the effects of this course at work
on my present job.
We all have weaknesses. What are some of your major weaknesses?
(Example)
I think one area I could work on is my delegation skills. I am always so
concerned about
everything being done right and on time
that I can get stuck in that mentality of If you want it done right, do it
yourself. Unfortunately, thats not always possible and Ive realized that I
can slow things down if I am too controlling.
I learned this recently when given the opportunity to manage the
departments summer interns. I had never managed direct reports before, so
this was a hugely educational experience in many different ways. It definitely
taught me how to delegate and my manager noticed the difference in my
management style at the end of the summer. I know that I can benefit from
additional development in this area, so I signed up for a management skills
training course and am always looking for opportunities to manage projects
for our group.

Interview#3 (External Consultant)

Date: 13-08-2015
Time: 02:00 PM
What is Recruitment? (Example)
Recruitment is the process of identifying, screening and hiring the most
suitable candidate for a job vacancy.
The candidate might be hired internally or from external sources. The
process must be performed in timely and cost effective manner it can also
be termed as a process linking the employers and the employees.

Can you explain the purpose and importance of recruitment?

(Example)
Attract the maximum number of candidates to the organization and
encourage them to apply. Create strong database and select the best
candidate for the position. Ascertain the current and future manpower
requirements of the organization. Make the hiring exercise a cost effective
one.
What type of decisions do you have difficulty making? (Example)
I sometimes have difficulty choosing between two equally good ideas." or
"I used to have difficulty saying 'no' to people until I learned to better set
priorities.
Tell me something about yourself that I didn't know from reading
your resume. (Example)
It wouldn't know that I've managed my own small portfolio since I was
sixteen, but I believe that it's important for you to understand my interest
in investment sales. I've averaged a 12 percent return over the past eight
years.
Do you believe you're overqualified for this position? (Example)
Not at all, my experience and qualifications make me do my job only
better, and in my opinion, my good design skills help to sell more books.
My business experience helps me run the art department in a costPage 8 of 10

efficient manner, thus saving the company money. Finally, I think I'm able
to attract better freelance talent because of all my industry contacts. My
qualifications are better for your company, too, since you'll be getting a
better return for your investment.

How do you explain your job success?

I never assume our customers are satisfied with our product, so I do my
best to follow up with every customer. This feedback has provided
valuable insight into the quality and characteristics of our products. The
customer, as well, always appreciates this follow-up, especially when
something hasn't gone right and you still have the opportunity to correct
it on a timely basis. In addition, I'm able to pass on information to our
design and production units to help improve both process and product.
How do you manage stress in your daily work?
I try to get out for lunch at least once during the week to clear my head. I
also have a personal rule that stops me from reacting to a problem until I
feel calm about it. I think, and then act-but I've learned to do that over
time.
How do you manage your work week and make realistic deadlines?
I always reserve two hours of dead time every day to handle any
unanticipated problems that may occur. I used to plan for eight or nine
hours of project time, but now I find that I'm able to manage my own
projects, as well as whatever my boss and staff need from me.

Evidence Agreement
