Summary
Overall real estate activity for Hermosa Beach during October was reassuring as total sales increased 10.53%, median days to sell
fell by 2.78%, and sales/listing ratio improved by more than 21% compared to September. The flip side to this coin, however, is
that the median sales price and total listings dropped 2.69% and 9.09% respectively. Year-over-year analysis reveals a relatively
stable median sales price at the $1.265 million range.
In the news According to C.A.R., statewide home sales exceeded the 400,000 level in the October for the seventh consecutive
month and posted higher on a year-to-year basis for the ninth straight month.
