I, Kuvvarapu Rama Laxamma W/o Late Ijak, aged about 44 years,
Hindu, R/o.Pandillapalli Village & Post, Bestavaripet Mandal, Prakasam
District, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:I am the deponent herein and 1st petitioner in the main O.P.

The O.P. is

filed for compensation for the death of my husband, who died in a motor
accident. Later the matter was decreed in our favour against all the

respondents for an amount of Rs.2,36,000/-, dt.09-07-2008 and the 2nd

respondent deposited an amount of Rs.2,60,863/- in to the Honble Court. Out
of the compensation amount this Honble Court was pleased to award an
amount of Rs.43,109/- with interest and costs towards my share of
compensation amount. Out of my share of compensation amount
this Honble Court was permitted me to withdraw an amount of
Rs.18,109/- only and I withdrew the same in E.A.No.311/2010,
dt.10-3-2010 and the remaining compensation amount of
Rs.25,000/- was kept under F.D. for about 2 years. Now the F.D
period is completed and I am need of money towards my family
maintenance except the compensation amount I have no any fixed properties in
my name.
Hence I pray that this Honble Court may be pleased to permit me to
withdraw my entire share of compensation balance amount of Rs.25,000/with accrued interest thereon and pass such other orders, in the interests of
justice.
