Admission Procedure
Admission is open to Indian Citizens subject to the availability of vacancies in the
classes. Admission for the new academic year is usually granted within one month
of the opening of the school. The Principal, however, may grant admission subject
to the approval of the School authorities under special circumstances, even after
the expiry of this period.
Application for admission should be made by the parents on a prescribed form,
which can be obtained from the school office on payment of S.R.25/Admission Policy
For Admission to L.K.G. the child should be 3 + on or before the first day of the
academic year of the school. Admission will be given after discussion with the
parent.
A Birth Certificate from a competent authority along with other documents as
required by the school should be submitted with the admission form.

Admission is open to Indian Students only from Pre-School to XII.

Admission to new students in various classes shall be given in the third week of
March and will be kept open up to 5th April but not beyond15th September except
in cases of transfer from a recognized CBSE school.
Entrance Test
After registration, an Entrance Test will be conducted to test the eligibility and
placement of the student. Fill in the information required in the admission form
and submit it along with the required documents to the school office. The
Entrance Test will be for a duration of approximately 1.5 hours and the subjects
for Admission test are as follows:

Entrance test will be conducted for all fresh admissions (UKG and upwards) and
the results will be discussed with parents before confirming admissions.
Admission will be granted after qualifying the entrance test and on merit

For admission to Nursery, the child should be 2 years of age, and for LKG, the
child should be 3 years of age as on 31st March of that academic year. No child
less than 5 years of age on 31st March of the academic year will be admitted to
Grade I.

For Admission to LKG the child should be 3 + on or before the first day of the
academic year of the school. Admission will be given after discussion with the
parent

Admission Fee : A non-refundable admission of SR500/- per student is
charged at the time of admission
Development Fee : A non- refundable development fund of SR1000/for the 1st child, SR. 750 for 2nd child and SR. 500 for the 3rd child is
charged at the time of admission.
Admission Form Cost : SR 25/- per form is charged as the cost of
admission form.
Entrance Test Fee : For the entrance test, a fee of SR 100/- per child
is to be paid. This fee is not refundable..
