Dear Parents/Carers
SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHS
Unfortunately we had to cancel the Class Photographs on the 12 th November. This letter is to
inform you of the changes we are making to school photographs.
We have been listening to your feedback and some parents have expressed an interest in
having Individual and Sibling photographs at the beginning of the school year and Class
photographs at the end of the year.
Therefore the photographer has been booked to come in on Friday 20th November to take
your childs individual and sibling photos. Please send children to school in full uniform.
There will be a tight turnaround for returning the proofs if we want to get the photographs
back in time for Christmas. But I have been informed it can be done.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
Please see below the new timetable for after school clubs. Please make sure that children
are picked up either at 4:15pm or 5:15pm. These changes will take place from Monday 16 th
November.
