Check List
1.0) Antennas

OK or NOK

1.1) Installation location and direction of antenna should be the same as design.

1.2) All drilled holes on sides and top sealed with black plastic caps.

1.3) Ensured that Feed horn are secure.

1.4) Antenna support should be correctly installed on the pole and with standard of weight and force of
wind.
1.5) All the screws must be tightened.
1.6) Antenna should be marked by marker and contains all the information. (NEED BE CONFIRMED)

1.7) Antenna support pole is securely connected to the tower or the rooftop.
1.8) Antenna mounted on the correct tower leg.
2.0) Outdoor Units
2.1) Installation and direction of ODU should be same as design.

2.2) IF connector waterproof should been same as standard.

2.3) label should been installed correctly.

2.4) IF Cable should be routed without any overlapping or crossover and should follow ladder.
2.5)2 ground cables of IF cable should been connected to bus bar. (considerer los 3 puntos si la antenna
esta instalada a mas de 40)
2.6) should have 3 meters redundance of IF Cable under ODU.
2.7) IF cable should be curved for waterproof purposes after being led out from ODU and feeder window.
2.8) If cable should not be broken or twisted.

3.0) Indoor Units

3.1) IDU should been installed in Transmission Rack.
3.2) Grounded cable of IDU should been installed (6mm)
3.3) label of IF cable should be clear.
3.4) IDU label should been pasted with remote site names and frequency (both labels)

3.5) IF cable/fiber/Ethernet cable should been installed with ladder.

3.6) Connectors should be correctly made and tightly fixed.

3.7) Power cables should been connected to mainly and standby DC breakers.

3.8) Power position (fuse /Breakers) properly labeled.

4.0) Link Reliability Test/ Tributary test

4.1) Frequency, modulation, T/R, TX power is the same as Link Budged.

4.2) RSL should be 3 dB differences to the required RSL. (NEED BE CONFIRMED)

4.3) Automatic switch performance is Ok, if its a 1+1 link.
4.4) Confirmed no-alarms on all equipment on the transmission link.
4.5) link No bit error of 24H.
4.6) PIU test
4.7) Remote power on the POWER ENGINE Test (When apply)
