Senior System Security Engineer (1 Position Based in Head Office)
Duties
Research and Implement new system security to meet the organization's curren
t and future requirement;
Daily monitoring security system status;
Contribute an idea to improve security;
Develop innovative concepts, theories, tools and techniques for analysis of
IT Security;
Publish finding through IT Security, helping ensure high standard of researc
h security and improving uptake of security outcomes within organization;
Assessment tools and vulnerability remediation;
Build new system related to open source for NIDS/NIPS analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree of Computer Science;
A minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in Microsoft, Linux, Unix, Cisco a
nd Security;
Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary research team
;
Experience with logging and monitoring security events in a large scale IT e
nvironment;
Experience with monitoring change and configure management tools;
Understandings snort, wire shark tools and its technologies;
Expertise in Network infrastructure (working with aspects of configuring rou
ters and switches), hw&sw updates; network protocols; LAN/WAN based networks;
CompTIA Security + Certification;
Knowledge of Linux Security (Linux LPIC Certification is preferable);
Microsoft Certification (MCITP);
Cisco Certification (CCNA);
Strong commitment to team-base processes and outcomes;
Strong Network, Operating System and Security skills;
Passionate with Security knowledge;
Understanding of Security controls frameworks;
Good team work;
Good English.

Chief Loan Officer (Many Positions Based in Phnom Penh and Province Bran
ches)
Duties
Supervise Loan Officers at branch;
Monitor and review credit assessment, evaluation, disbursement and repayment
to ensure compliance with bank s policies, procedures and guidelines;
Responsible for credit quality at branch;
Responsible for promoting and advertise bank s product and services to all cus
tomers;
Conduct daily monitoring of loans disbursement and collection;
Review regular credit report, analyze and evaluate balance of PAR and credit
quality;
Coordinate with Head Office Recovery and Legal team to recover the default l
oan if any;
Responsible for on-the-job coaching and/ training to improve staff competenc
y;
Prepares weekly and monthly loan report. Cover duty of other staff in relate
d unit or position as assigned when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
is required;
Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English and fluent in Khmer are necessarily
required;
Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage;
Computer literacy i.e. Khmer and English Typing, MS Word, Excel, and Power P
oint;
At least 3-year working experience in a Financial Institution, Accounting, o
r related fields;
Ability to read, interpret and analyze data and statistics and knowledge of
governmental regulations;
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistic
al inference;
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios;
Detailed, decisive and analytical;
Ability to lead a team;
Willing to work under pressure and over time.
Loan Officer (Many Positions Based in Phnom Penh and Province Branches)
Duties
Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and
developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment
Recommend and provide report of loan request and loan status
Promote bank products and services to existing and new customers
Prepare loan report as required by supervisor and/or manager
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
is required
Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English and fluent in Khmer are necessarily
required
