Senior System Security Engineer (1 Position Based in Head Office)
Duties
Research and Implement new system security to meet the organization's curren
t and future requirement;
Daily monitoring security system status;
Contribute an idea to improve security;
Develop innovative concepts, theories, tools and techniques for analysis of
IT Security;
Publish finding through IT Security, helping ensure high standard of researc
h security and improving uptake of security outcomes within organization;
Assessment tools and vulnerability remediation;
Build new system related to open source for NIDS/NIPS analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree of Computer Science;
A minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in Microsoft, Linux, Unix, Cisco a
nd Security;
Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary research team
;
Experience with logging and monitoring security events in a large scale IT e
nvironment;
Experience with monitoring change and configure management tools;
Understandings snort, wire shark tools and its technologies;
Expertise in Network infrastructure (working with aspects of configuring rou
ters and switches), hw&sw updates; network protocols; LAN/WAN based networks;
CompTIA Security + Certification;
Knowledge of Linux Security (Linux LPIC Certification is preferable);
Microsoft Certification (MCITP);
Cisco Certification (CCNA);

Senior Project Delivery Officer (1 Position Based in Head Office)


Duties
Support various projects including development of new channels, Internet and
Mobile Banking enhancement and bank driven initiatives;
Assist in analyzing project requirements, deliverables, stakeholders and tim
elines;
Ensure requirements are tracked and delivered as project plan;
Engage with stakeholders and project members to ensure that updates and mile
stones are communicated in a timely manner;

Senior Online Banking Officer (1 Position Based in Head Office)


Duties
Be responsible for Internet Banking project deployment and maintenance;
Support for all maintenances and problems relate to Internet Banking;
Work with the IT support to improve user-friendliness to the degree desired;
Keep survey, analyze and recommend for improvement;
Assist Online Banking Team Leader to achieve bank's target;
Facilitate IT team and relevant stakeholders for testing and deployment new
feature of Internet Banking system;
Communicates recurring or serious issues to Senior Management and recommend
for solution also indentify the need for system updates;
Assist stakeholder in the development and implementation of internet banking
products and services;
Provide training and ensure branch staff are trained on proper use and troub
leshooting techniques;
Coordinate Corporate, Marketing, Public Relation team and Customer Service f
or offsite sign up if necessary;
Monitor, assess and provide report on the Internet and Mobile Banking perfor
mance and take initiatives in pushing sale that are performing below par;
Analyze customer usage of Internet banking , works with the Marketing Depart
ment to increase the number of sign up and transaction thru Internet banking.
Requirements
Ability to plan and work independently, in addition to being a team player;
Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to strict time parameters ;
Background of Internet Banking or relevant subject would be added-advantage;
Excellent oral and written communication skills ;
Good command of English and Chinese is a plus;
Good leadership and time management skill;

Senior Process Improvement Officer (1 Position Based in Head Office)


Duties
Maintain business process on a continuous improvement;
Ensure that any changes made to processes are communicated and rolled out;

Ensure process consistency across the branch network;


Suggest initiatives or improvements in branches or other departments that sa
w standard lift;
Identify opportunity to specific initiatives on process improvement and prod
uctivity uplift to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Qualification in business related field;
Knowledge and experience in banking operation and process in plus;

Chief Loan Officer (Many Positions Based in Phnom Penh and Province Bran
ches)
Duties
Supervise Loan Officers at branch;
Monitor and review credit assessment, evaluation, disbursement and repayment
to ensure compliance with bank s policies, procedures and guidelines;
Responsible for credit quality at branch;
Responsible for promoting and advertise bank s product and services to all cus
tomers;
Conduct daily monitoring of loans disbursement and collection;
Review regular credit report, analyze and evaluate balance of PAR and credit
quality;
Coordinate with Head Office Recovery and Legal team to recover the default l
oan if any;
Responsible for on-the-job coaching and/ training to improve staff competenc
y;
Prepares weekly and monthly loan report. Cover duty of other staff in relate
d unit or position as assigned when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
is required;
Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English and fluent in Khmer are necessarily
required;
Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage;

Duties
Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and
developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment
Recommend and provide report of loan request and loan status
Promote bank products and services to existing and new customers
Prepare loan report as required by supervisor and/or manager
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
is required
Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English and fluent in Khmer are necessarily
required

Duties
Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis on a range of performance driv
ers, driving out insights and communication these to senior management;
Support the development and delivery customer, revenue and capital optimizat
ion initiatives as required;
Track performance against new initiatives;
Assist with tracking expenses and staff in the business;
Support divisional business momentum reviews by providing analytical data an
d insights to enable the business to understand and act on key performance indic
ators as efficiently and effectively as possible;
As required, support the preparation of monthly business performance report.
Requirements
Qualification in Accounting related field;
High attention to detail and high levels of initiative and problem solving;
