6. For the existing tasks with NO bridge specs defined, Auto-Bridge will not do
bridging with default settings. Instead, it pop-ups the warning message 409
to
remind users.
For tasks with '0' Cutting Gap, the error message 161 has been changed into
warning
message 408. Program continues without generating Auto-bridge.
7. Nesting engine has rectified the following :- Solved Coil Stock nesting problems:
Big parts nested last.
Parts Priority not respected.
Not ALL parts nested, gives error "Insufficient Stock...".
- Parts with priority '0'. These are nested before parts with '1' priority. I
n previous
versions they were treated with the same priority.
- Nesting crash (Ref: P02-10-06\StockPrior*.job & Smarine-priorityTest3.job)
8. ANEST.SET has been modified to better manage TaskEdit default settings.
9. Nesting Summary gives correct quantity nested if a Part being defined more th
an once in
the same task. (Ref: P17-08-06-KOMO\MDF75_.JOB).
10. Solved incorrect "Ir-Stock Area" and inconsistent accuracy used for "Stock A
rea/Ir-Stock
Area" in the .SUM and as displayed in the Summary Report.
11. Solved wrong data in .SUM file for Coil Stock. Solved the consistency proble

m in
Stock size for coil stocks in the Nesting Summary.
12. ViewNEST -The enclosing rectangle is now drawn with actual dimension instead
of rounded-up.
13. "View Error" in Nesting now includes the directory path of the problematic .
JOB/Task.
14. SavePart/ConvertPart/DXF2VEC -the VEC file has been added with the following
data:- Part Area, Part Perimeter, Enclosing Rect Length & Enclosing Rect Width
These are added to the 1st data line of .VEC file and the header info reflec

15. TaskEdit Dialog has been enhanced :- Allows the same Part to be added more than once. Parts of the SAME Name,
Priority
and Orientation will have their quantities summarized.
- Any "missing" parts found in the Task will be alerted to the user.
- Able to "Edge Allowance" of stock with negative values.
16. UpdateNEST - supports negative edge allowance & irregular stocks.
17. Material Grade now able to accept space character.
18. DSTV2TASK now supports SPACE char in Material Grade and validates "Task Grou
p Name" first
before overwriting or start the conversion of parts.
19. SaveRectPart Dialog box has been modified and improved.
20. ImportRectPart - now validates for ZERO input for X/Y dimensions and error m

- For Continued Nest or Resume Nest usage, please define an IR-STOCK (in stan

.STK format) with a rectangular outer profile representing the original reg
ular
stock sheet and inner hole profiles representing the pre-nested parts. The
existing nested pattern must be saved as an IR-STOCK.
- The definition of Task or Job remains the same. But NESTING has been enhanc
ed
such that it will consider these pre-nested parts as "holes".
7. Support part Priority & user-defined Orientation constraints for each part.
8. Horizontal & Vertical Packing Control can now apply to every stock. Previousl

it is only available for the last stock.
9. The "Enclosing Rectangle" of the nested layout is now displayed in a separate
layer. This is to separate it from the original stock when saving for irregul
ar
stocks. The default layer name is $ENCL_RECT_RESERVED_LAYER$ and this can be
pre-set in the ANEST.SET file.
IMPORTANT : Any entities in this reserved layer will be IGNORED during
SaveIrStock or SavePART.

2.Text information within a part now will be drawn in the correct orientation,
when nested layout is displayed with parts in DXF format.
3.SaveIrStock/SavePart/DXF2VEC - solve profile lost problem when several profile
s
have common points. This is encountered when intending to save pre-nested
layout (with no cutting gap or no edge allownace) as ir-stock for continued/
resume nesting.
4.SavePart/SaveIrStock/DXF2VEC - Solve wrong coordinates indication when
profiles are not closed or contain irregularities (ref: P13-07-04).
