resources consultants specializing in the provision of management and
consultancy services in foreign manpower.
The Company undertakes to carry on the business and activities for
management, consulting and providing human resource solutions, supplying
manpower, and acting as recruitment agent and consultants, human resource
consultants and advisers to individuals, firms and corporations for professional
and clerical staff and manual workers, helpers, be it permanent or temporary.
We DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEE while assisting your company in applying or
even doing a replacement of foreign workers with the condition of recruit above
10 foreign workers.

How does CARACAS handle an executive


recruitment?
We strongly believe in forming a long-term partnership with our client in this
said area. As search consultant CARACAS will work on both retainer or on a
contingency (ad hoc) basis. To begin with, a candidate may have difficulties

adapting to the new environment and different cultures. Therefore, before


commencing on any recruitment, we will visit your organization to understand
your working environment and work nature and to discuss the job description in
detail. By doing this, we will be able to search for quality and most quality and
qualified candidates to meet your esteemed company requirements. Candidates
will be given with accurate information on the company and an idea of his
future career prospects.

HOW DOES CARACAS ASSIST YOU TO SOURCE


THE RIGHT CANDIDATE?
Considering the job description, we will decide together the best approach either
through recruitment by advertising or direct search. We will also source
candidate through our internal database.
If we decide to go through advertising, we will write the next and submit it to
your approval. The cost of the advertisement will be borne in full by your
company at the real cost.
For direct Search, we will determine together of the specific companies as per
you wants us to target or avoid. We guarantee total confidentiality for
placements, for integrity of both organization and candidates. The interview, for
the same reason, will be held at our premises.

HOW DOES CARACAS CONDUCT A SEARCH?

Determine the industry structure.

Understand structures in which the required candidate is currently


employed.
Contacting companies, associations and organizations to identify relevant
candidates in a related industry.
Launching searches with companies, associations, colleges, universities, etc.
to identify candidates that have preferences in the said industry.
Through our existing database and network of contact.

HOW DOES CARACAS SELECT CANDIDATES?


The CARACAS consultant sets liaisons with you, be the one, conducting the
interviews. They are therefore best able to ascertain if the candidates is suitable
for the position and is able to fit into the company environment. We will also
scrutinize their motivation for changing jobs.
After the comprehensive interview has been conducted, we will cross check the
candidates reference with his previous employees or any known contact.
References are important as part of our recruitment process as it verifies the

qualities and achievements the candidate has obtained. We will then shortlist at
least 3 (or as specified) candidates for the final interview with your
organization.
We will then provide a comprehensive report on each candidate detailing their
experience and our finding on their suitability for the job. Your meeting with the
candidates are organized and followed up by us.

The normal process for executive search (head hunting) will take:
2-3 weeks to identify and source the candidates (search duration
may be shorter depending on the availability of candidates.)
2-3 weeks to conduct the interview and to present a shortlist of
candidates.
The final stage in which you will be involved directly by
interviewing and negotiating with the selected candidate will
depend upon your availability.

REFERENCE CHECK :

In conducting reference check, it is our practice to talk directly with individuals


who are, or have been in positions to evaluate a candidates performance and
behaviour on the job. Considerable care and diligence is involved in the
checking.
We ask clients not to conduct their own independent checks without first
discussing the matter with us. Much damage can be done to a candidates

position in his current role it reference checking is not professionally carried


out.
The outcomes of our investigations are reported in writing, summarizing our
findings from the information provided by third parties, and when necessary we
also verify educational credentials.
A part of our mission with you is to serve as a mediator between the candidates
and the company to ensure mutual understanding and communication. We also
endeavour to assist the selected candidate in smooth transition, assist the
candidates to abide by or to renegotiate the notice requirements of their previous
company.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

Each assignment begins with an initial briefing from the client, during which
the key parameters of the search are agreed and documented. We will then carry
out an assignment study which usually involves visiting the clients office and
meeting with key executives to discuss the business environment culture,
priority and any other issues that may affect the assignment.

RESEARCH & STRATEGY

Having defined the key selection criteria with client, we continue our targeted
research into companies and sectors to find those best qualified for the role.
Using our proprietary database, personal contact, networks and research, we
speak to sources familiar with those companies and industries to seek informal
views and opinions on individuals we believe may be relevant and qualified.

PROFILE PRESENTATION
We will the prepare a profile of each short listed candidates background and
experience. These profiles will be presented to the client for further short listing
on request.

CLIENT INTERVIEW
Arrangements will then be made for the client to interview the candidates they
wish to see after reviewing their profiles. After the client has selected the
preferred candidate, our consultant conduct a thorough referencing to further
measure and assess competencies, strengths and weaknesses, and to provide our
client with external views of the individual.

CLOSING
We will participate in any negotiation when an offer is made to candidate. All
unsuccessful candidates will be courteously informed.
