The TEAM MEMBER PROGRAMME provides a
practical learning and development experience to a
young person, who takes part in a team and takes
responsibilities towards managing AIESECs performance
and the delivery of its experiences.
In addition to the benefits of the team member
experience, the TEAM LEADER PROGRAMME
participants contribute to the development of others
while ensuring AIESECs performance and the delivery of
its experiences.

The GLOBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT


PROGRAMME is an international volunteer experience
through which young people develop themselves while
empowering individuals, communities or organizations.
GCDP focuses on areas and issues with the need for
direct social impact and sustainable solutions
The GLOBAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
comprises of an internship in a host organization, through
which a young person contributes to its, completes a job
description requiring special expertise or skills, and
receives supervision and evaluation on his or her
professional development.

expansion initiatives all over the country

Philippines, AIESEC AdMU, has

Cebu & Davao, and is currently hosting
