Shop in the university as a course requirement in Business Plan. In this survey, students,
faculties and staff will be asked questions about their beverage habits, preference and the
things they need in an Internet Coffee Shop in order to meet university requirements. It
will take approximately 3 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

You will not be asked any personal information in this survey. However, if you feel
uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
