1. To learn the family members.
2. To relate the family names with their own families.

To catch students attention on the topic.
To control class and offer a meaningful learning in students.

ANTICIPATED PROBLEMS

Lack of attention from students.

Recycling: In order to reinforce previous


knowledge, children will take different cards and it
will be stuck on the board one by one student,
forming a line according with the color of each
card. Kids should say what color and number of
cards there are in each line.
Phone broken: this activity consist in organizing
children in a circle, teacher will tell a word in
secret to kid aside of her. Then this child will tell
the same word to the next partner, and it will be
said to the next kid. So the word will be say until
the last student, and he or she will say the word
aloud and the others partners who will know if the
word was the same or changed.

Teacher will show a picture with the family


members, and she will say to the students the name
of each character. According with the description
of the character, students will draw their own
family members on their notebooks. They will
paint and decorate the page.
Teacher will organize a circle with students and
she will place in the center of the circle. Then, she
will sing a song in which kids should listen and
repeat it, while teacher is showing a picture of the

In a piece of paper each child will trace her/his


hand, and then on each finger traced they will
draw a face of a family member according with the
description given by teacher.
Homework: For the next class children will bring
on their mind how many integrant are there in
their families (brothers, sisters, cousin).
