3. MOSCOW AIRPORTS, From 16 to 20 April 2010, there will be a hosted desk at Domodedovo and
HELPERS & TRANSPORT Sheremetievo airports to meet all delegates as they arrive. Each desk will
be located just after the baggage collection, in the main arrivals area.
Please send us your flight details so that you can get support at the airport
at the times when it best suits you. Kindly use the attached document.
Delegates are requested to pay in cash (in Euro or in Rubles) directly to the
driver (arrival transfer only). Delegates will receive a receipt from the
driver.
4. HOTELS Special rates have been agreed for the Regional Assembly and European
Co-operative Convention with Crowne Plaza Hotel & Budapest Hotel.
Badge
Badges are strictly personal and should be worn at all times during the
Regional Assembly, the European Co-operative Convention and social
activities.
Meal tickets
Each delegate will have to sign a control sheet to pick up the meal tickets.
Early registration with the delivery of badges will be arranged at the World
Trade Center on 18 April from 20.00 p.m. to 22.00 p.m.
Main registration will take place at the World Trade Center on 19-20-21
April from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Only participant who have paid their registration fee will be allowed to
enter the conference centre. Participants who have not pre-paid the
registration fee will have to pay CASH (in EUR) on entry.
6. CONFERENCE Russian, English and French with the possibility to speak in Italian and in
LANGUAGES Spanish.
7. LUNCHES & RECEPTION All lunches will be provided at the venue to all delegates from 19 to 21
April 2010.
A welcome cocktail, a gala dinner and social event will be organized for all
participants on Tuesday 20 April 2010 (from 7.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m.).
For accompanying persons, tickets will be sold at the reception desk for
55 €.
8. C2C & VISIBILITY An exhibition area will be made available in the World Trade Centre for co-
operative networking and business opportunities.
Spaces, tables and chairs will be automatically allocated for sponsors who
are requested to send their information materials by 14th April 2010 to:

p.m.
11.FRINGE MEETINGS - ACT! project: 19/04/2010 from 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
12.PASSPORT & VISA Delegates are responsible for arrangement of their visas.
To apply for a Russian visa applicants should present to an Embassy of
Russian Federation:
- Their current passport which should be valid for a minimum of six
months after visa's expiration date and has at least 2 blank pages
- The official invitation
- One recent passport size photo
- A certificate issued by a Medical Insurance Company that has a valid
agreement with Russian medical institutions or medical insurance
companies. The certificate has to quote that the delegate is covered
for Russia and for the period of his/her stay in Moscow.
