Vegan, vegetable stack of layers of grilled portobello mushroom, eggplant, zucchini, red pepper, red onions served on a bed of marinara

REGISTRATION: fees per person are as follows: NAMI Member $40 Non-member $50 Limited Income $15 Veteran $15 Student $15
Convention Scholarship Application: For those who would like to attend NAMI Convention, but cannot afford the registration fee you can
apply for our Convention Scholarship. You must be a NAMI member to apply for a scholarship. Memberships start at $3.00 for limited income
individuals, go to www.namimass.org to join and become a member of an Affiliate (local chapter). For the form to apply for a Scholarship or
information, email: membership@namimass.org.
Scholarship Contributions: You can give a contribution for a scholarship so that someone who would not be able to attend can join us.
