Instructions
1.

Migration to NED University will be restricted to 2nd year classes only.

2.

Documentary evidence regarding reasons for migration may be attached, if any.

3.

The application must be submitted to the Deputy Registrar (Academics), NED

University Karachi at least thirty days before the date of commencement of the
respective session of 2nd year classes, along with Registration Fee, which is nonrefundable.

4.

Candidate for migration should have passed first year engineering examination
completely from his/her parent Institution / University.

5.

Candidates admitted in their parent University as a nominee against the reserved

quota will not be considered unless any seat is available in 2nd year under that
particular nomination category.

6.

Submission of application to NED University does not guarantee that the request shall
be accepted.

7.

Only such candidates, whose request is accepted, shall be notified.

8.

Candidate if admitted shall not be granted admission in third year classes unless
he/she fully passes the additional subjects of first year. Similarly he/she will not be
admitted in final year until he/she fully passes out his second year.

9.

Attach attested copies of

(a) Matriculation Certificate and Marks sheet.
(b) HSC Part II Marks Certificate
(c) BSc Marks Certificate, if applicable
(d) No Objection Certificate / Migration Certificate issued by the Parent Institution.
(e) NOC from Nomination agency, if applicable.
(f) Proof of having passed Pre-admission entry test.
(g) Copies of course contents / syllabus studied in your parent University.
